Hi! My name is Michelle. I have a wonderful husband, Danny. I am a full time Mommy to my step-daughter, Brianna (7) and our beautiful son, Jacob (30 months) I found out I was pregnant on 6/9/07 We weren't actually planning a pregnancy that exact month but knew we wanted to keep our children close in age. I was waiting for my period and actually got really bad cramps for 3 days, it was dragging on but never came!!! I finally gave in after being 5 days late and took a test. My sister, bestfriend, and 2 neices joined me in the bathroom! haha :o) We were going to surprise the husbands out in the living room and joke, I'm pregnant, but I really was!!!!!! :o) haha so I think I ran out of the bathroom with my pants to my knees looking for the box. My husband bought the one with the + and I had to make sure!! haha SO here I am pregnant with my 2nd. It's wonderful and everything has been really going smoothly. I have a wonderful doctor and am considered a high-risk pregnancy due to HELLP syndrome with my first pregnancy. I actually almost lost my life and I am so grateful I am here to raise my son. I thank the Lord every day. Jacob was 4lbs and I was considered full term! Went into labor at 36 weeks 6 days. I'm praying that this time around I just have a healthy normal pregnancy and so far this pregnancy is SO different. No morning sickness, I have an appetite, it's great!!!

down.

I never knew that something so small could affect my life so much.
I never knew that I could love someone so much.

I didn't know the feeling of having my heart outside my body.
I didn't know how special it could feel to feed a hungry baby.
I didn't know that bond between a mother and her child.
I didn't know that something so small could make me feel so important
and happy.

I had never gotten up in the middle of the night every 10 minutes to
make sure all was okay.
I had never known the warmth, the joy, the love, the heartache, the
wonderment or the satisfaction of being a Mom.
I didn't know I was capable of feeling so much, before I was a Mom.

I am not having a baby shower. I talked to a few people and they said etiquette is to have one baby shower and specially that I am having another girl, I didn't think I should be having one. I think maybe I will just do lunch some where and who ever wants to come can come they don't need to get me a present unless they really want to. I don"t really need alot of things cause I saved alot from my other two. So we should just plan a date to do go out for lunch or just maybe at mom' s house or something.

Your hubby works 2 jobs? Is that hard on you? Once and awhile Nick has to go in early in the morning, but this crazy shift that he's on til they find someone to fulfill this postion is driving me crazy! Half the time I feel like a single parent! He works 4-10 hr days so the begining of the week is mice til I get to Tues and I get soo beat! I can't sleep til late like midnight and then Tanner wakes up. Ugh. How long has your hubby been doing the 2 jobs, is it temporary?

Her schedule sounds like ours except he does the waking up 2-3 hrs round the clock!! Hopefuly it will get better! HE gets enough to eat but just likes to eat every couple hours, sometimes he'll go longer like 4 or 5 hrs if he's been asleep like if we go shopping or for a walk etc and he falls asleep! He's growing like crazy though it's exciting all the new things he's doing!!! Ur hubby's funny, wishfull thinking lol!!! How's motherhod been for u?

I nurse her constantly. I've tried bottles.. Psh. lol I go on her schedule. She sleeps pretty good through the night waking once or twice and then all day is pretty much every hour unless she decides she wants a nap. She has no set schedule, but I love being so close to her :-)
