Tuesday, 25 November You cut out sugar and cut down on carbs. For instance, in the morning you have to eat less carbs, so I eat eggs and bacon and I put it on a tortilla or make a 1/2 english muffin with it. For lunch I will have a sandwich on 7 grain bread with mayo, tomato, salami, cheese and lettuce. I can usually eat more carbs for dinner, so what we have been eating is fine, always a meat and veggies and some kind of carb. For the snacks I eat things like celery with peanut butter, or cottage cheese, or something like that. You may not even have to change your diet, depending on how you already eat. That is what the monitoring will tell you. It is not really a strict thing, but you do have to eat all the time. I didn't gain a single pound for two weeks. firsttime -
Friday, 21 November I just wanted to tell all of you thank you for all your support, comments, prayers, positive thoughts, and friendships. The ladies on here are great and I don't know if I would've been able to stay sane during this pregnancy if it wasn't for all of you and your wisdom, faith and support!! Me and baby are still pregnant and trying to stay that way for as long as possible!!
