this is my first and i get hot flashes so bad that i sleep with a cold rag and everytime i get up to go to the bathroom i take my rag and wet it with cold water of course i be trippin just hot for no reason and i be having the fan in the window and the ceiling fan on then i'm calm but those hot flashes they aint flashes there stages low midium and high and they are usually high ttyl;0)

SHERRY I READ UR COMMENT AND I REALLY DO THINK U SHOUL TELL UR DOCTOR ABOUT HIW UR FEELING. I WAS DIAGNOSED WITH DEPRESSED. I FELT EXACTLY THE WAY U DESCRIBES URSELF. I WAS MAD ALL THE TIME, CRYING, AND DIDNT WANT TO DO ANYTING. I WAS PRESCRIBED SOME MEDICINE AND IT SEEMS TO BE WORKING. HOPEFULLY U'LL FEEL BETTER.

I was reading your comment on the single parenting page..I know how you feel..I hate going places and people ask about the dad. I reciently moved back home with my family which is great, but I am running into old friends n such and they ask and I have to explain..Even the person who gave me a pedicure asked me wt my husband does..ouch!! I dont think I am going to take any classes it will depress me. I saw a couple in baby's R us and it was making me sick..lol..i just wanted to go up and kick the girl..i kno thats bad but arrrggg..good luck!!!
