My birth story second time round. My last doc appointment was on the 16 July 2008 2 days past my due date, doc tells me I'm 3cm dilated. He then opened it a little more and only went to 4cm oh that was so sore. He told me to come in the evening so that they can induce me as my water was running away and baby not growing so cannot wait any longer and had no real contractions. on the 17th at 4h00 the morning they induced me at 6h00 I had real bad contractions and called my hubby to come to hospital as he was with my other son. when hubby came it was 7h30 and I had very very bad contractions, but only dilated to 6cm. at about 8h30 my contractions were severe coming every minute. At 10h15 the doc checked again and I was fully dilated and my angel was born at 10h30. I had no stitches was so lucky.

Hi my name is Shiehaam happily married with a Son and one more on the way, My son's name is Shaakir and will be 5 years on the 15th July this year. What a coincidence that my second boy due on the 14th July ha ha. Hope to meet alot of mommies.

went to the doctor with my son Shaakir, as some of you know his doc took blood and his blood count was low as he was sick 2 weeks ago. Specialist did more test on him and I'm so happy that his only anemic and nothing serious like lukemia like doc thought. YIPEEEEEE SO HAPPY

Hi Shie. Thats normal I think. I caught myself sitting upright in front of the pc fast asleep. wonder how many costomers came in to see me fast asleep or maybe they thaught I was meditating or something. Can't sleep at night. Any noise wakes me and then of course the frequent visits to the potty isn't helping either. 31 weeks is awell away and not so long to go now. Is baby well? How's your little boy? Hope all is well.

Hi there, actually, I'm in Kleinmond, but nobody knows where that is! It's such a small town that if you blink, you'll drive right through it. My husband is an Estate agent and I work half day at the moment for him. I see you're a conveyancing secretary... we get to deal a lot with attorneys! I'm going in for a c-section on the 16th May. A bit scared becos i know what i'm in for again!

I have a daughter who has just had her 11th birthday, my partner also has a daughter who will be 8 in June. This baby is our first together, also a little girl, we are all very excited.

I'm doing fine also. I have a doctors appointment soon. It was supposed to be Monday, but I'm graduating from college next week, and I put it off, until maybe next week when I don't have class, because I've been soo busy with work. Hopefully I haven't gained too much weight by then. Other than that everything if just fine!

I have some trouble sleeping at night, but the extreme tiredness hasn't set in during the day yet. I was beyond tired in the beginning (that's actually one reason I thought I was pregnant). But, since the second trimester, I have pretty normal energy level. I can't believe how close we are!!! Only about 11 more weeks!! Yay!! I know that will go fast and we will be holding our babies before we know it!! Have a great day!!

nope no family in cape town...but got 90% in ausi and the rest in US. my sisters are in australia both of them,,,last night when i got home from work my little one was so excited i have never seen him so glad seeing me...he was laughing with joy (touchwood). sometimes i just dont feel like going to work i wish i could just be by him. he has started reconizing ppl...how fast they grow up its so unbelievable. anyways good luck with yor pregnancy. keep me posted with your scan.
