Wednesday, 23 April How cute!! I love the name!! And that the middle name is after your mother that makes it even more special. I am sure you are so ready to see your little girl. But like I tell my little girl, Makenna, we have to cook them until they are ready for us. So you have just a little bit longer to go. Nope, we don't know what we are having yet. But we go to the doctor on Thursday, then we get to make our ultrasound appointment. YEA!! Hopefully in the next couple weeks we will find out. We decided on a name long ago, my husband likes the name Kolby (boy) Kolbie(girl) and the middle name will be Gene (boy-after his dad) Jean (girl after my mom). I really like the name. Plus, I pretty much decided on Makenna so I am kind of letting him have his say in this one. But I really do love it and know it will fit either way. I have been doing pretty good thanks for asking, this week seems to be the longest week of my life. YIKES!! Few more days to the weeekend, YEA!! Well, take care and keep in touch sweetie!!

Wednesday, 23 April Hey there! I just wanted to check in and say hi again. Sounds like things are going very well!! :) How are you feeling? I'm sure you are doing great. Did the doc say anything about the lack of weight gain? You can take some of mine girl! lol I actually didn't gain during my 20 weeks of pregnancy, but after the mc, I honestly put on about 10... I think I was depressed. But we're back in the saddle and I'll test next week! Pray for a bfp! :) Pam mosmagic -

Monday, 21 April Hey girlie...just wanted to see how you were feeling? Did you decide what you were naming your litte one? I couldn't remember if the last we talked you had or not. I am at 17 weeks finally today. Seems like this is taking forever. I go to the doctor on Thursday, then I get to schedule my ultrasound. Well, let me know how you are. buddysmom -
Friday, 18 April Just so you know you aren't alone I had my breasts enlarged a few years ago. I too am a little worried about being able to breastfeed. I was also told by the doctor that it shouldn't be a problem. Good Luck! tetera -
Thursday, 17 April Thank you for your kind comment...have been doing a bit better today! heathert -
Thursday, 17 April I have heard you have a better chance of breast feeding if yours are under the muscle and not over something about the milk ducts, but who knows! My Dr. told me the same that I should have no problem. cdoyle23 -
Thursday, 17 April I had my breasts done about 6 1/2 years ago. My implants are under the muscle, and she used an aerelor (however you spell it) incision. It's a 50/50 chance of breast feeding with that incision. The implant is fine, b/c it's under everything. But the incision can sometimes damage milk ducts. I guess I won't know til I try! I'm worried I won't though. My breasts haven't enlarged at all since being pregnant. I hope that not a sign I won't be able to. inkjunkie -
Thursday, 17 April hiya hun. just read your post about breast enlgargements. i have had them done and cannot breast feed as they cut through my nipple so had to cut all the glands etc but if they cut you underneath, then yes, you can breastfeed. hope this helps xxx MommaD -
Thursday, 17 April I don't think you'll know until you try. Where did you have your incision? I had a peri-areolar incision and there is a chance that my milk ducts were damaged to bad to breast feed. I took a breast-feeding class and the teacher is a lactation specialist. She said there are lots of women who can breastfeed just fine. I'm hoping that I can. Although I haven't had any leaking yet, so I hope that isn't a bad sign. janellk -
Thursday, 17 April hey just wondering if anyone responded back to you about the breastfeeding and breast enlargement? I, too got implants a couple years and hear conflicting information. Some people say there will be no problem breast feeding, others say that you may not produce milk. Just wondering if anyone got back to you. HppyMomToBeRS -
Thursday, 17 April Mine are behind the muscle ?? were was your incision located. See I still have some nerve damage from my breast enlargment they went in around the brown part of my breast. I am not sure about above the breast tissue but I am already starting to leak fluid so I am hoping that is a good sign mrsgrnbutterfly -
Thursday, 17 April I have implants, and haven't tried breast feeding yet. But, my mother in law is a lactation specialist, so I checked with her about this prior to getting them done. She said it usually has nothing to do with having implants... if women would have been able to breast feed before, then they should be able to afterwards. Good luck :) mamagair -
Thursday, 17 April I, myself, haven't had a breast enlargement, but I do know someone who did. A few years later she did have a baby and did successfuly breast feed. I know it was a concern of hers when she had the surgery and the doctor told her she would be able to and she did.... I hope this helps. gbpackersfan404 -
Wednesday, 16 April had my last doc appt. on april 10. that was my 23 week appt. Should I be concerned that she has not measured my stomach? I don't go back to the doc til may 08, which will make me 27 weeks then. katcoat -
Wednesday, 16 April I had mine also done a year ago and have been wondering the same thing. My dr also told me that I shouldn't have any problem since they put the implant behind the muscle but I still worry. I guess time will only tell huh!!! kara8385 -
Wednesday, 16 April I HAVE NOT HAD A BREAST ENLARGEMENT, BUT MY BEST FRIEND AND FAMILY MEMBERS HAVE AND THEY HAVE ALL SUCCESSFULLY BREASTFED THEIR KIDS. I HAVEN'T REALLY HEARD OF ANYONE WHO HASN'T BEEN ABLE TO. I THINKIT IS JUST A RARE CHANCE THAT SOMEONE MIGHT NOT BE ABLE TOO. HOPE THAT HELPS. GOOD LUCK WITH THE REST OF YOUR PREGNANCY!! afoster -
Wednesday, 16 April HI! I have mine done as well and my Dr said there will be no problem breast feeding. It should not effect anything. I am thinking that it may be a little uncomfortable if you have to massage to help to stimulate the milk b/c of the implants but I don't think it will be bad. I would not worry about it. Good luck! I am having a little girl too! I am so ready to be done. Completely misserable at this point. But I see the end in sight. take care! rabekah -
Wednesday, 16 April I was told the same thing by my surgeon, as long as the implants were placed under the muscle you should not have any trouble breast feeding. I tried breast feeding with my daughter 7 years ago before my implants were placed and failed miserably. LOL no fault of the implants cause they weren't there yet. My boobs have been leaking for a few weeks now so I know the "girls" still work. We will see this time around.
