2/20/2008 - Baby's First Photos

And it is a ......... ???

...... BOOOOOOOOY! Actually, since this is our first baby, whatever it is, we'd be happy & grateful.

Well, I do have a little thing to worry. The dr also found a 5cm fibroid on the outside wall of my unterus. It gave me quite a lot of pain recently. But the dr said it was not likely to impact the baby now. They'll just keep monitoring it, no treatment is necessary now.

I was in severe pain for a few days last week, because of the fibroid. I could not move without hurting. Even when I was lying in bed, I had to be strictly still, otherwise it would hurt. went to see my ob, and he said it might because the fibroid was degenerating. He prescibed percocet for me to control the pain.

It was good to see by the u/s that the baby was still active, moving around A LOT. must be a naughty boy after born. And the heartbeat was 153, which was pretty normal.

This week, I feel much better. The pain almost went away, but when I cough, sneeze, or want to throw up, it still hurts. But now I'm not worrying that much any more. I have the feeling that everything will just go well.

18 weeks. feels great recently. will see the dr in two days.

I feel my belly is actually much bigger than in the picture. I've gained about 14 pounds since pregnancy.
