28 November 2007 - I am so glad i joined this forum...everyone is really friendly and amidst work stress and being far away from good friends, it's good ot hav ppl who r going to the same stuff to share stories and advice with. I'm busy prepping for my trip to Portugal - hope Smouse will be fine but the doc has okayed the trip and everything was fine at the last appointment so all should be good. I fly for 11 hours to Heathrow and then take a two hour flight to portugal from there... my first trip overseas and smouse's first too! :)Sunday, 2 Dec

Back from Lisbon and it was quite a trip! Was stuck at Heathrow for 6 hours Friday after i missed my connecting flight and i hated that but Portugal was gorgeous and the ppl were all very nice. glad to b back home though with my hubby!

SEX?!?!?!? Oh my gosh! Are you serious? How long did your doctor tell you to wait? Mine said at LEAST 6 weeks from the c-section and the tearing from forceps. I think it is very sweet that he is interested though that must make you feel really great...but for me at least sex is the last thing in the world I would want lol
Did you have to have the mag drip for your pre-e? I know being prepared for the crisis would have been nice. Because of mine they said I would HAVE to have a c-section next time...but it would be so much easier because it would be planned!
Are you on BP medication? They have me on Labetalol 3x a day. It's scary to still have the BP high huh? I can't imagine not having family nearby...you are a trooper. I am very blessed that my parents live so close. John has been back to work this week and having their help has been great. Your hubby with you though right?

Hey you! My recovery is VERY slow and tough. I'm ok though. I am recovering from not only the c-section but also labor and forceps! I know you planned on having a c-section...did it turn out to be an emergency one? I am just trying to find other people who had an emergency one that got a bruised tailbone or bladder damage. Mmm...well he is SO worth all of it:)
Johnny is doing well. I am actually doing very well with the lack of sleep. I guess I just figured it would be like this...but it's funny to look back at us being pregnant and complaining about not sleeping....we had no idea huh?
Right now I am feeding every 1 1/2 to 2 hours because baby lost A LOT of weight and we are trying to get it back up...but he is doing well.
How about you? How are you feeling? How is your baby ?

Hey there, been thinking about you! Congrats heard you had the baby. How did everything go. Been having problems with this website where I couldnt post messages or go into my profile. I was booked for a caesar on the 26th of May next week, but baby decided to turn at number 99, so now I'm going to try and have natural (Scarey!!) Hopefully she doesnt hang round till after the 1st!! How are you & baby doing? Is it hard?????????
