Hi i'm gr8 thanks, starting to feel flutters too its not everyday but always in the same place. I'm addicted to listening to the baby and find it is quite active towards the evening. HB usually about 160 bmp. I think period pains is fine as sometimes it can be where your body is making room i have them from time to time too but their very mild. If they get really painfull or your really worried though i'd check it out with your doc just to put your mind at rest. I have to go to hosp on Mon to have the downs blood test done and won't know the results for about 7-10 days. Hopefully it will be low risk.

Hi shonak.Read your story and my heart goes out to you.Hope your u/s went ok. Had dr. app this morning and couldnt find heart beat but she assures me everything is ok.Scary hey! Your little boy is beautiful, Looks like hes got heaps of personality. lucky girl!!!

I feel so relieved after hearing the HB yesterday. It doesn't matter how many children i have i don't think i'd ever ever get tired of hearing it. It was also so great to hear the baby moving around as it was sleeping the whole time on my last scan and stayed very still. I feel great. Tiredness isn't as bad and i love my baby belly. Hope your o.k too. Your baby's HB sounds fine to me, they say the faster the HB its a girl so you'll have to see if its true. I have my next scan 5th Sept but we're not going to find out the sex. We like surprises and we also have one of each so it makes no difference to us which we have this time. I feel addicted to that doppler and am itching to use it again, but my belly is tender where it took us so long to find the HB and my hubby had to push quite a bit to pick it up. I have a tilted pelvis so it makes it harder to hear, so i think i'll wait til tomorrow and then see if i can find it for the kids to hear. Take care. Keep in touch.

WE HEARD THE HEART BEAT. We decided to rent a doppler for a month. I'm so excited. I've been so worried. It took us ages but we found it alot easier when i drank loads and had a very full bladder. We worked out the HB to be 156BPM. Just before we tried to find the Hb i felt the baby move for the first time. Only once but it turned out to be the exact same place that we picked up the HB so i'm sure it was the baby. I would highly recommend getting one. Its the best money we spent in a long time.

Hi Shona, a friend gave me a loan of it but I think you could probably get it in Boots. I tried it but its no use just now, it says on the box from 21 weeks! Hope your pregnancy goes well, thats awful that you have had so many un sucsessful pregnancies, I don't know how you can cope with that. Congratulations x
