Thursday, 3 April I have been getting sick alot too. My husband (a doctor) told me that our immune systems are weaker because they need to adjust so that they don't attack the baby. I feel like I need to walk around wearing a mask!! babygreen1 -

Friday, 28 Mar Thank you for the website you gave me. But I asked my dr. about a vbac and she said it was rare to find a dr that would do a vbac after 2 c-sections if it was 1 maybe. but thank you anyways good luck on your pregnancy. m0th3r2b -
Thursday, 27 Mar Yay! Thanks for sharing! I started singing to my baby on the way home from work last night lol. I made up all the words and it sounded awful but I enjoyed it hehe.
Your due date is a day before mine :p
I have a feeling there's a little girl in there.
Best of luck and thanks for responding :)) babygreen1 -
Thursday, 27 Mar yay!! congrats! Glad to know everything went good!
I think they did my afp a while back. is it a blood test? What does it test? They draw so much blood, half the time i forget what they are taking haha. babygreen1 -
Wednesday, 26 Mar It is something the doc is concerned about but it usually isn't much.
My doc wasn't making a big deal out of it either. I had abnormal cells before (pre preg.) about a year ago and came back for the 4 month check up and it wasn't anything. So, they worry you over nothing!
Good Luck! jsshrt -
Tuesday, 25 Mar Everything is going great so far. Thanks for the message. Good luck with your Colposcopy. I have no idea what that is but, I hope it goes well. babygreen1 -
Tuesday, 25 Mar I had a colpo. done about 2 weeks ago and it turned out good. Its just as uncomfortable as a papsmear but not worse.
My doc said if she found abnormal cells she wanted to do a biopsy and i told her no to that.
Luckily she didn't find anything!
She said sometimes the babys just 'fluff' off the abnormal cells.
Good Luck!! jsshrt -
Monday, 24 Mar I saw on the news that pregnant women should avoid caffiene. It causes low birth weight, pre-mature birth and in worst cases, misscarriages. Mt. Dew has five times as much caffiene in it than a single cup of coffee. Try a piece of chocolate (Preferably dark chocolate if you like it. I don't care for it much.) It has only a small amount of caffiene in it. Also, make sure to drink plenty of water. Dehydration is one of the leading causes of headaches whether you are pregnant or not. Hope your headaches get better. Nokio -
Monday, 24 Mar I am so sorry to hear about your headaches! i was experiencing those myself. It was awful, I finally got over it a couple of days ago. I put lots of cold compresses on my head and slept. I don't remember being in this much pain with my son ten years ago as well. How different they both are! Hope you feel better!! babydoll76 -
Tuesday, 18 Mar Sorry to hear that you are in so much pain, and everyone says what a joyous time this is for us. I would be smiling all the time if I wasn’t in pain from one thing or another. My head, my back, my stomach. It’s enough to drive a girl crazy. I asked someone why would anyone put them selves through this more then once….then I so the sonogram picture, and cried so much. I will probably go thorough it again. I have headaches all the time but not hard core migraines. My doctor told me drink a little coffee the caffeine may help. The weird thing is I heard that can make a migraine worse so you may have to try and try again until you find what works. It sometimes works, I also take a long warm bath just before I go to bed, with the lights out and just light a candle and try to relax. It helps so I don’t always wake up with a head ache (sometimes). I hope they go away for you soon. Good luck babydoll76 -
Tuesday, 18 Mar I am shocked that they gave you Tylenol 3 that has codeine in it and I didn't think they would give that when you are pregnant. well i hope you are feeling better. i think you should check with your doctor.

Tuesday, 18 Mar Thanks for the feedback. I have no fear of gaining weight- I love food! :) I only do the treadmill or eliptical for 30 minutes a day (staying under 140 heart rate). Just wondered if that might have done it. My doctor put me on pelvic rest for several weeks because intercourse caused a tear on my cervix. I have a follow up visit on Thursday - hopefully, I can resume activity after I get the okay. christinaK -
Thursday, 13 Mar He leaves March 28 and won't be back till October. I'm trying to get use to this since this is his second time going. He's only been back less than 5 months and already leaving. Thank you for understanding. So you did the gender predictor? I want to but I figure I'd wait till pay day tomorrow. I just bought some cute maternity clothes on ebay really cheap. Well I m glad your headache is gone. I have had those recently too. I usually put a cold wash cloth over my eyes for 5 min. Then switch to a hot rag for 5 to 10 min. I do about 10 min. each if it's real bad and I lay in a dark room. I end up feeling better in an hour. Have your partner do it for you so you can lay there and relax instead of getting up and down to run cold and hot water over the wash clothes. Hope this helps you. minkymoo78 -
Thursday, 13 Mar Hi I don't feel too bad today but yesterday I felt terrible. I'm breathless, nauseas, tired. I don't care though as it'll all be worth it in the end! Seeing the midwife on sunday now so looking forward to that. Then it'll be about 4 weeks until my 12 week scan which I'm really excited about! How are you feeling today?
