Monday, 6 October Message to all This may be interesting to some of you. Seema`s email is seema.modhvadia@rdftelevision.com
Hi there,
I work for a television production company based in the UK . We are currently making a documentary for ITV1 exploring the issues surrounding pregnancy and eating disorders. The film will be a thoughtful and insightful look into this extremely sensitive subject.
We’re in the research stage of our production and very keen to chat to women who are, or have been, pregnant whilst having an eating disorder.
If you’re interested in having a chat or finding out more about our documentary, it would be really great to hear from you. All communication would be in complete confidence.
You can contact me on: seema.modhvadia@rdftelevision.com

Monday, 28 July Hi! I had that talk w/ my husband. He told me that he think the baby is too young for a chiropractor. I know he's not and there are chiropractor that specialist in baby, but he won't listen to me. He want me to keep doing neck stretches. He also help by holding the baby in the opposite arm, which helps a little. He also think the tilt that our lil one has is just a little bit off and is very mild. I don't know what he's thinking but I can tell that our son's head is a little tilted, just a little bit and it's not all the time. Sometime I think my lil one prefer tha position but sometime he will adjust it to the center as well. It's weird some people notice and other don't. He is improving and going toward the center more than before. I will check again w/ the doctor in his next check up (12months check-up). If it's still noticeable that I will make my husband change his mind. Thank you so much for sharing. I will let you know how it goes. jen -
Monday, 28 July Thank you for the info...we got back to my sons physical therapist tomorrow for a check up, and I think he is amazingly better. I too felt like somehow his torticollis was my fault, but it wasn't.....
Anyways, I will see what she has to say, and if she thinks he still needs some improving, I will put a call in to your docs to see who they recommend in my area! Thanks so much again and I hope your son stays happy and healthy! babyJSL -
Saturday, 26 July Hi! THANKS for writing back. I think I will try that. Your chiropractor is not in my city. I don't know where is area code 480. I'm in Los Angeles. I will try to look for a baby chiroprator near my neighborhood. After what you told me, I'm starting to believe it will work. I just hope it's not expensive. Do you think he's too old (my 9 months old) to get treated for a tilted head. He has it since 3-4 month old. I've been doing those neck stretches and he would cry and get cranky. I feel really bad doing those exercises. Now I just do them one or twice when he not paying attention, like when he's play w/ a toy he really like. This is the only time he will cry when I'm stretching his neck. I also put him to sleep on an adult pillow on the side that is titled. I was hoping it will push his muscle back. I don't know. I just hope it's not too late. I've ask one other mom on this site about torticolis too. Her son has it. She is see a specialist. Anyhow, I will talk to my hubby about it. Thank you so much. I will take your advice. jen -
Friday, 25 July What is your cure for torticollis?? My son has it but has been getting better with his physical therapy...slowly but surely. If you have another way to help him that will work better I would be more then happy to hear about it!! babyJSL -
Friday, 25 July Hi! About the torticotis, I think my son has it. I start to noticed it when he was 4 months old. The cause I think is because he prefer sleeping one side and everybody in my family likes to hold him in the same arm. I told them to switch but they keep saying it's okay because we are holding him just for a second. Now my son's head is kind of tilted toward one side. I've been exercising his neck and head for a few months now. there is a lot improvement but he looks a lil bit tilted if you ask me. He can turn both ways and look all around but when he come back to the center and look at you straight, his head looks a little bit tilted, it not perfectly in the center. He's 9 month now. I hope he will improve more. Any advices or suggestion you can give me will be GREAT. Thanks hoosiermommy -
Friday, 25 July hi - my son has mild torticollis. He was just evaluated this week for possible physical therapy, but the woman who examined him gave us some stretches and exercises to try at home first to see how they work. Would love to hear any advice! megan15425 -
