My name is Sri..Happily married to my husband for past 1.5 yrs...Currently enjoying our cute little daugher who just turned 10 weeks..I will update more on my motherhood journey as and when I have updates..

My current challenge is breastfeeding..I have set myself a long term goal of 1 year and currently working towards my short term goal of 6 months..

I love this online family who have enabled me to share everything, I mean everything and get advice and comfort whenever I needed it..I thank you all for that and would look forward for your continued support..

Thank you so much hun! I have been asking God to give me the strength to get through this again, and then I realized that he already has! He has given me strength through all of you! I can't tell how how much your kind words mean to me! I am waiting for the Dr to call to find out what my HCG levels did, I'm guessing they went down, but there is always that little glimmer of hope! How is that beautiful little girl of yours? Are you back to work yet? I'll let you know what happens!!!

I do work but I am extremely luck as I am able to bring my son with me. I work in an office and actually am now working from home 3 days a week and do my work after my son goes to bed. The other two days I only have to go into the office for four hours and I bring my son with me. There are quite a few moms on the breastfeeding forum though that have gone through it and I'm sure have some great tips for you if you ask! I believe there is also a book geared towards breastfeeding and returning to work, I can't remember what it is called but I know that it was posted on the forum by someone who is always on so maybe you could ask.

Hi! I saw your comment on the breastfeeding forum and just wanted to respond. You are doing an excellent job and it sounds like breastfeeding is agreeing with you and your daughter! I think 4oz is great for a 10 week old and I wouldn't worry at all. The easiest way to judge if a breastfed baby is eating enough is by counting wet diapers. As long as she is having lots of wet diapers she is eating enough. Also, if you compare her intake of 4oz with a formula fed baby eating 6oz, there is a lot of waste with formula, a lot of empty calories and it is not as easily digested so in the end your daughter is getting just as much if not more nutrition in her 4oz than a formula fed baby is with eating 6oz. I hope that makes sense! I think that breastfeeding Mom's always worry about our supply and whether or not we are making enough. My son is 10.5 months and I still worry! Just try to enjoy breastfeeding and now that you are giving your little one the best headstart that you can! You're doing a great job!!!

No, she's not normally a side sleeper-she only sleeps that way in her pack and play downstairs! She sleeps on her back in her crib. I did try to breastfeed, but couldn't make enough milk-Haylie lost 12 and 1/2 oz in 6 days!!! So I primarily bottle feed now and still pump a little, but I'm planning on stopping that soon :( But thanks for your comments!

So far I'm doing pretty good! How are you and that beautiful little girl? When do you have to go back to work? I still have 2 weeks until I go to the Dr. I'm a little axious, but trying to stay postitive! Thanks for keeping touch, I appreciate it so much!! Bless your heart!!
