Monday, 6 October Message to all This may be interesting to some of you. Seema`s email is seema.modhvadia@rdftelevision.com
Hi there,
I work for a television production company based in the UK . We are currently making a documentary for ITV1 exploring the issues surrounding pregnancy and eating disorders. The film will be a thoughtful and insightful look into this extremely sensitive subject.
We’re in the research stage of our production and very keen to chat to women who are, or have been, pregnant whilst having an eating disorder.
If you’re interested in having a chat or finding out more about our documentary, it would be really great to hear from you. All communication would be in complete confidence.
You can contact me on: seema.modhvadia@rdftelevision.com

Friday, 26 September Something that you could try for your back is Arnica (30CH). It's a homeopathic remedy....not sure if you're familiar with them or not but they are completely safe during pregnancy. You can pick some up at a health food store...I see you live in Calgary (I'm in Vancouver now, moved from Banff last summer). There is a store on 10th not too far down from MEC...community foods or something...can't remember...has a really tiny parking lot in the front (maybe holds 7 cars). They can tell you all about homeopathic remedies....don't touch the pills with ur fingers, twist them into the cap and dump them under your tongue where you let them dissolve. Make sure you dont have any strong tastes in your mouth 20 mins before or after (ie mint toothpaste, coffee, etc)...and don't eat or drink 20 mins before or after. Let 3-4 dissolve under your tongue (label will say 5) and wait about 30 mins to see what happens. If you get a bit of relief but still feel pain take 3-4 more. If you are getting no relief after that Arnica probably won't help you. Arnica has been a life saver for me (and esp my back!). It was in constant pain for about 2 weeks, saw the Arnica sitting in my car and thought why not try and sure enough about 10 mins later the pain was gone never to return!!! It is primarily a soft tissue remedy so depending on what is going on in ur back it may or may not be useful....definitely worth the try though! Hope this helps! CatwithKitten -
Friday, 19 September Slibby - I will have amnio at 36 weeks and a c-section if his lungs are mature... has your doctor discussed steroids with you? That might help ensure that your babies lungs are mature enough if he is born before 36/37 weeks. - Cat rain13 -
Friday, 19 September I'm not being induced but my doc has scheduled a C-section for me when I am 37 weeks and 3 days. I'm not sure why he is doing it so early but I figure he knows best. Jellen -

Friday, 22 August NST= NonStress Test..you will start having them they hook up two monitors to your belly and you lay there the top one shows if you are having contractions and the bottom one shows the baby's heartrate. Then you lay there for atleast 20 minutes and get to hear him/her. It's the same thing that they hook you up to in the hospital so youll be a pro by then. I worry more than anything so im trying to get more positive and look on the bright side....another bright side is we get tons of ultrasounds to see them!!! I go next tuesday for another ill keep you posted on his weight and you keep me posted on yours! bugnjb -
Friday, 22 August Yup, because your diabetic do they give you extra ultrasounds or anything to track how big the baby is getting? mommatiff3 -

there is definately a difference from 13 to 15 weeks! Your belly is super cute! Your hubby probably can't tell because he sees you everyday. We just saw our family over the weekend and I wore my cute new maternity swimsuit and everyone was raving about how cute my little belly was and my husband was like, what belly? HAH! Good luck and keep posting pictures! Cute, cute! Deveney -
Wednesday, 28 May i just found out i have a pregnancy rash too, but mine is on my belly. the doctor told me to take benadryl and it seemed to work. i don't know if it was just a coincidence, but i was using vitamin e oil on my stretch marks and i rubbed some of that on the rash a while before i took the benadryl and it seemed to soothe the itching. hope this helps! crystalmommy3 -
