Hi there,

I work for a television production company based in the UK . We are currently making a documentary for ITV1 exploring the issues surrounding pregnancy and eating disorders. The film will be a thoughtful and insightful look into this extremely sensitive subject.

We’re in the research stage of our production and very keen to chat to women who are, or have been, pregnant whilst having an eating disorder.

Hi there, congratulations on your pregnancy!! regarding mum being at the hospital during labour... my mum only came once kai had been born. I only wanted my partner there with me during labour and birth... but that's just me I know.. I know it's quite common to have parents/siblings there.. guess it's a really personal choice. to me it's not weird at all that you mum won't be there,... but I can totallyunderstand if you want her there.. I don't know who is planning on being with you.. but if I was going to sbe all alone, then I'd want my mum there...maybe have a good talk with her.
