Wednesday, 7 May I started taking 1000mg of calcium/magnesium right before bed with a glass of milk and I am not having charlie horses. I also sleep like a baby since it is a natural sleep aid - I even drool on my pillow every night :) I am sure my husband finds that one sexy! Anyway I hope that help good luck... readyforbaby -

Tuesday, 6 May about being sore with charlie horses... do lots of stretching now while you can still bend. Lots of walking too! Its the extra weight on your legs, hips and pelvis that cause this discomfort. Stretch like your about to work out.. do this everyday, maybe try it at night too. Good luck.. i wish i would have thought of that months ago... lol.. im 35weeks and suffered with it too. dangee -

Saturday, 26 April Hey soso, our baby's heart rate was 137 at our 19 week ultra sound, which I thought sounded a little low but Doc said was good and normal. Although, I had seen that myth about the heart rate and so when I was 14 weeks and the rate was 154 I thought I was probably having a girl, 5 weeks made quite a difference. :) I'm excited about having a boy, now we just need to settle on a good name. We had a dozen girl names we liked and couldn't come up with any boy names. Naturally. :) Good luck at your ultra sound, can't wait to hear what you're having. Boys are dominating so far. :) Let me know how it goes! dangee -
Wednesday, 23 April Hi soso4mommy. Thank you for replying! I am having a boy and if it's worse with girls than my heart goes out to you! :) I think the worst part is that I have no warning, I just burst into tears and can't stop myself. My poor husband tries to crack jokes and stuff but I can see a hint of panic in his face every time. I see that we're due on the same date! I am so excited but not looking forward to getting through the hot summer! I hope all is well with you and yours, congratulations and good luck!! JackaMumma -
Saturday, 19 April Hi, I've only ever known the heart rate from a doppler I bought and used a few times since week 10. My boys rate sits around 138BPM according to that. The dr never tells me what the rate is (I don't ask as I think he'll tell me if too fast or slow / any problem). Good luck with your scan :) cashe00 -
