Friday, 18 July I typically don't pump, but when I do I pump about 5 oz from each breast. The more I seem to eat the more I seem to produce. I guess it's a good excuse to eat a lot! :) juliedue2008 -
Thursday, 17 July also, i think for me the amount has to do with caloire intake. if i try to diet my production goes down by half.. so i have decided with my hubby that id rather be fluffy for a while longer and feed my son.. i pump 100% no lachting on every not once.. hope that helps juliedue2008 -

Wednesday, 25 June Hi! What do you do when you get the baby up at night? My mom told us we have to be careful to keep night and day totally different. In the day, he sleeps in his pack-n-play in the living room, and we have lights on, blinds open, and either the tv or radio on all day. At night, he is in his bassinet with his sound machine on and a night light only. We have a small lamp in the room with a 15W light bulb that we only turn on if he has a poopy diaper. Otherwise it is nightlight only, and we don't talk to him at night. He goes right back to sleep after his night feedings. Does this help? littlemissi -
Wednesday, 25 June Hum, well, I've never feed my son anything but breastmilk, so im not quiet sure what rice cereal is. Isn't it baby mush you feed them when they are 6 months old and eating solids? My son is up every 2 hours for about 45 minutes. I hear if you use formula your baby will sleep for longer because it doesn't digest as fast. Supposedly they sleep for about 3-4 hours, and they eat a ton quicker because the bottle is easier for them. Have you tried that? Good luck! Let me know how everything works out.

Wednesday, 25 June I couldn't get us on any kind of schedule whatsoever for the first few months at least. She's almost 3 months and we are just now getting on a regular schedule. We started it about 2 months and a week or so. but it took some time for us, so i just had to give in to the fact that we weren't going to be on any type of schedule for a while. At a month she was still all over the place as far as when she slept. but hang in there, it gets better as they get a bit older. juliedue2008 -

Wednesday, 25 June this is what i did to help my little one, i started a night routine eat at 6 stay awake till 7 when he gets a bath and then i feed him at 8 until he falls asleep, it helps keep him calmed when he awakes to eat later. i breastfeed so he eats frequently, but i dont know if formula babies would eat that close together. good luck! mommy2aaron -
Tuesday, 24 June hey sweety, i definately feel your pain, my son did the same thing up until last night when he slept ALL night. i was so excited i couldnt stand it! but try feeding him or her an extra ounce just to fill them up. also, this girl sent me some suggestions on my page, its a recent comment so go check my page out. xoxox good luck!!!!

Tuesday, 24 June I'm on my third baby, and I'm still triing to figure sleeping out. LOL The only advice that I can give, is to have a bedtime routine. Bath, bottle, bed. Even if he cries because he's not tired, just don't turn the lights on and stay keep him in his room.....Good Luck! katznkt -
Tuesday, 24 June All I do to help my lillian (just over a month old) to sleep between feedings at night is try to keep her up as much as possible in the later afternoon feedings. I dont know if this is part of it, but i dont officially lay her down for the night until midnight. Then when it is time for her next feeding (about 3) I keep things quiet and dark and i dont sing or read or talk to her while i change her, feed her, then I burp her quickly and cover her bottom half with a blanket and lay her back down. This has worked really well- she usually sleeps solid between feedings from about midnight to at least 7am- last night she slept solid from midnight to 4:45!! Then again, it is probably the baby not my system, so I dont know- good luck though!!! MommyB23 -
