hi I found out about 3 to 4 months my cervix was bleeding not the placenta. Which meant I had a friable cervix or sensitive one. After sex I would bleed ir after an exam But it cleared up and now no bleeding. I hope this helps.

i have not had a bleeding placenta..i have only had spotting from implantation i have just read about placenta bleeds.if you look it up on the internet they have alot of information. i dont think its too searious unless the doctor said its the whole placenta...sry i dont have more information

hi! thanks for reassuring me that some of us still cant find the heart beat yet! i also get weird readings! im gettin better at locating the 'hot spots' down low more towards the left and if i leave it in one spot i get random readings in the 120-200 range like the baby is jumping around underneath or somethin! lol im going the 28th for the NT scan so ill be able to see if everything is going ok! good luck finding the h/b soon :o)

hey just thought id write a little note, i had a light brown discharge about the 8 wk stage worried me a bit because i had a previous m/c that started with a discharge so i thought that it was goin to happen all over again but to my relief it went away i still get a discharge but its clear sometimes i get yelllow discharge but doctor said that could be because i have a mild case of thrush (not very nice i know) but im almost 11 weeks in 2 days and im still going strong, im sure everything will be fine so just try and relax and wait forthe scan hope all goes well for you xx

hi ST. Thanks for your message. Things seem to be going well so far. I've made it past 12 weeks so I'm starting to feel at ease. I can feel my uterus rising which is a good sign as I'm almost 13 weeks. Try not to worry too much about this one. Seeing the heartbeat is a good sign.

Hi,
Im not too bad, mostly just tired. I do feel sick most days for the majority of the day but haven't got to the throwing up stage yet. The blood thing used to really scare me, I had a miscarriage 5 years ago and thats when I found out I was rhesus neg and the nurse who told me said that i would probably miscarry any other pregnancy I had!! So I spent 5 years thinking I would never have kids until I spoke to my nurse who is also rhesus neg and has 3 healthy girls. She said it's not really a problem any more as long as you get the anti D jabs. I had one after the m/c and i think you get 2 during pregnancy. More needles!!!

I have the rh negative issue... I had my first shot for it at week 28. It wasn't bad... and it's more to protect a second baby if you ever have one than the first. You get a second shot after labor if your baby has a conflicting blood type also but that is it. It's nothing to worry about. :)

Hi st,
I am also rhesus negative, I guess it's another thing to worry about while you are pregnant!!
I haven't seen my midwife yet but it will be one of the first things I tell her.
How are you feeling?

hi st, i'm not sure what to tell you. go with your gut instinct i guess. maybe even contact another doc if you're not sure of you doc's opinion? i'm not medically educated and only followed my doc's advice. sorry i wasn't more help. good luck!!

Hi, How's everyone feeling in week six, i'm completely shattered, i'm normally quite fit but at the minute just walking up stairs drains me! Feeling sick on and off as well which is difficult to hide seen as i have not told anyone i'm pregnant yet! x
