I am 14.4 weeks prego with baby #2. I have a 3 year old son. I posted a pix that I took from my cell phone. It's not the greatest but you get the idea. I'm just starting to regain some energy and finally starting to look and feel pregnant. My husband and I are very excited to add to our family. This will be our last, or so he thinks. So we are hoping for a girl this time.

I am 15 weeks and 2 days today. I had a doctors appointment and heard the babies heartbeat for the second time. It was a whopping 155. I was able to schedule my ultrasound too but it won't be for another month. March 21st and don't worry, I'll be counting.

I figured I was due for an update picture. It's crazy to look at the changes in your body in just a few short weeks. It is really amazing how quickly the baby grows, even if it feels like forever. I've been feeling really good, surprisingly and loving every minute of it. Now that I just said that, I'll wake up tomorrow with the flu or some horrible sickness. (knock on wood) Anyway, my ultrasound is in 2 weeks and I'm super excited. I'm trying not to think about it because these 2 weeks will just drag on and on. I've seem to be going to a lot of baby showers lately and have been buying gifts for other babies and would really like to know what I'm having so I can shop for my own. Well, I'll see you all in a few weeks. Hope everyone is having a great pregnancy!

I had the big ultrasound yesterday and almost everything went great! The baby is healthy and active. The only problem, which isn't a baby problem, but a mommy problem is that I have a low lying placenta. That makes me a little nervous because I don't want to go into premature labor or have a C-section for that matter! My midwife said that 90% of the time, the placenta moves up as the uterus and baby get bigger. I'm keeping my fingers crossed. The only good that will come out of a low lying placenta is another ultrasound at the end of the 2nd trimester. Now for the extra good news! Although they never like to say 100% what the gender is for fear of being wrong and disappointing the parents ..... we were told that as of now, no male genatalia has been identified. So we're saying that IT'S A GIRL! Yeah! I'm so very excited about that. Well ladies, I hope everyone is feeling good.!!!! I'll see you all in a few weeks!
I figured it was time for an update photo. So here I am! I've been feeling pretty good. Haven't been getting the best night sleep lately but I guess that is too be expected. Thankfully, I haven't been having such vivid dreams as I was a couple of months ago. I was waking up crying at least a couple of times a week for about a month. It was horrible. My little girl has been very active lately. She has been waking me up every morning around 6:30am. I guess I should get used to it because it sounds like that is what she'll be doing after she is born. I finally bought my first girlie outfit yesterday. I couldn't contol myself. A good friend of mine has a 3 year old girl and has tons of stuff to give me. So I'm trying to wait to see what she has for me before I continue to shop. I'm getting extremely anxious. My next doctors appointment is on the 17th of April. I'll keep everyone posted. Hope everyone is feeling well and things are going smoothly.
24 Weeks
Hello everyone... I figured I would stop in and post an updated pix of the old belly. I know it's my favorite part of looking at everyone elses pages. I've been feeling pretty good despite the darn heartburn. It just started this past week or so. I get it no matter what I eat! On a lighter note, I am feeling my little lady moving around a good bit and I absolutely love it. I've even been balancing the remote control on my belly at night and get such a kick out of it moving and jumping around. I have the luxury of working in a hospital and have access to a doppler and if I'm feeling nervous that somethings wrong, I just squeeze the jelly stuff on my belly and check the heartbeat. It really is nice. Well, I hope everyone is feeling well and having a great experience. See you all in a couple weeks.

Hello mommies... Here is another updated picture that I took last week. I'm now 27.3 weeks prego and still feeling rather comfortable. I had a doctors appointment 3 days ago and my midwife said I was measuring at 26 weeks when I am actually 27 weeks. So just to make sure that the baby is growing and due to the fact that I had a low lying placenta at my first ultrasound, they have to decided to schedule yet another ultrasound. I said "SURE, Another chance at seeing my little girl and finding out how she's doing in there. How could I object?" I had my 1hr glucose test too and everything came out great. I had a nice result number. I feel my little one on my pelvic floor mostly so we all think she's breached. I hope she wants to flip around for me. I'd like to have a vaginal birth again. Well, I hope everyone is doing great and staying healthy. See you all soon.

I guess it's time for another updated picture. So here it is! It looks more and more like a watermelon every day. lol! I'm still feeling pretty well. If I could just get rid of the backaches I'd be great. My little girl has been having the hiccups quite a bit and tends to wake me up at night. At least I know she's breathing though so I can't complain about that. I think my she has finally turned around too which I am quite happy about. She is now kicking me under my ribs. Oh joy! I'm still awaiting patiently for my ultrasound on June 6th. I'll keep everyone posted!
June 6, 2007 30 weeks
Well, I had my ultrasound and everything looked great. My placenta moved up to where it is suppose to be so there is no signs of placenta previa. My little girl is measuring at 30.5 weeks at my 30 weeks ultrasound so everythng looked great. They estimated her weight to be 3lbs 5oz. She is in the 55th percentile for weight. That was a relief to hear. I'm soooo glad to hear that she has grown to where she should be. Maybe now I can sleep a little easier.

Okay... back to the midwives today and I am still measuring small even though my ultrasound showed that all is well. I'm 34 weeks and measuring 31cm. So I'm still 3cm behind where I should be. AGH!!!!!! I have yet another ultrasound scheduled for July 20th. My little girl is super active and I'm gaining weight (believe me) so I just don't understand why I'm still measuring small. Does anyone have experience with this? If so, I'd love to hear how everything turned out. Other than this dilemma, I'm feeling pretty good. I'm just soooo tired lately. It's probably because I'm constantly waking up at night to pee or because my hips are aching. I keep telling myself that soon it will be over and I'll miss being pregnant, so cherish it now. I hope everyone is happy and healthy. Take care all of you sexy mama's out there!
SARA PATRICIA HAS ARRIVED......
Sara Patricia was born on August 5, 2007 @1:20 am weighing in at 6lbs 7oz and 20 inches long. Mom and baby are both home and doing well. I will post some pictures when my camera wants to cooperate. It won't let me download any pix as of now and it's a little frustrating. Hope all of you other moms are doing well.
