I've been doing ok but feeling bit heavy now.I think putting ttc on hold is a good idea for a while.It takes time to recover emotionally after m/c.I had one before my 1st pregnancy and i know how difficult it is.If you feel like a chat,drop me a line...take care,Rach x

please let me know how vitex work for you. i dont know anyone else who has taken it to know what it has done for them - just heard a lot of women use it. i can tell you that i have noticed some difference that i feel good about. God will work everything out for us!! praying you get your + this month!

is this your 1st time taking vitex? i took it in dec. & then my next cycle was 43 days (i am normally 24 days) - i dont know if it was b/c of the vitex or just hormones balancing - my hormones has been off for the past 2yrs b/c of the stress of trying. i am gonna try it again in feb. i pray everything works out for you soon!

hey, i bought vitex supplement last month. i wasnt sure how to take it. so i took it a few days before my af (because i was late and had a bfn) then i took it until CD14. and if af starts again i will take it for another 14 days. not sure if i am using it correcly but thats how i did
