Hello to all.. My names Christina. I found out i was going to be a mother on July 31st. Just 12 days after my 18th birthday. im now 19 years old and my boyfriend Antoine and i are expecting our sons arrival on April 3rd 2008. Im currently 33 weeks and 4 days or so. My first expression at the doctors clinic was WOW. im going to be a mother. new responsibilities. Id need to finish my last two highschool credits..id need a job as soon as possible to raise my little one. time has really gone by FAST and like said our little Boy Styles is on his way. I swear it feels like ANYDAY now he'll be in my arms. not many contractions but ALOT of pressure being pushed down there lol. im starting to get nervous but anxious as ever. His first kick was on my 19th week . i felt a little flutter and then a kick. i was so emotional.. it was during a warm bath and it couldnt have been more perfect. i was so happy i started to cry. no such beautiful feeling in the world.
Now hes grown so much since that 1st kick. it doesnt even feel like kicks anymore. it feels like him rolling everywhere lol. he's been in position and ready since 6 months our gynocologyst said..adding he was going to be a BIG boy lol.I just can't wait until our son is blessed into this big world full of experiences and joy. I sing to him everyday.. and the most precious sound was that first heartbeat i heard at around 10 weeks. I love you styles and mommy and daddy can't wait to hold you. cant wait to witness your first steps..your first tooth.. your first goo goo gaga. even your first pooped diaper! lol. we adore you son..your our gift from god and we're all patiently awaiting your arrival.

Sorry I'm writing back so late, I asked my husband and he said it would be best to prime one day, paint the next and wait 24 hours...however if that is not possible, just try and sleep with the windows open and maybe a fan to keep the air circulating...or if possible just sleep on the couch or somethin :) He said it just takes about 24 hours for the solvent to dissipate...as long as you arent actually painting and breathing it all day you should be okay...good luck!

the paint has less fumes then the primer. unless it oil base paint. you need to vent the house real good if you are going to prime. primer is like a oil base paint and that really isnt good for you. wishing you all the best!!

I asked my husband who sells paint for a living about your question about primer and he said if it is "no voc" primer than it should be okay otherwise to stay away from it because of the solvents inside...he said you wouldnt even notice but the fumes would cut off max oxygen to your brain and baby...he said its just best to get someone else to do and if you have to do it, make sure you get the "no voc" primer and open all doors and windows...he said you can look for the brand "harmony" to use in a nursery :) Hope that helps!

Hi there read your comment-your breasts dont leak-its ntohignt oworry about-your milk will come in after babys born and suckling...trust me they will get way bigger and sore :(.

Try not to worry too much about 'not leaking'. Some women leak constantly, and others don't, it doesn't mean that you'll have a problem breast feeding...maybe you'll be one of the lucky moms that don't have to wear breast pads between feedings!
