Hi mommies!!
About me...
I'm a military wife. My husband and I are parents to a 16year old girl.
We're now expecting our second little surprise in August and we're extremely excited.
We tried for 8 years to conceive a second child but had no success. So a couple years ago we decided to give up and just have fun with each other.
Then outta nowhere we got pregnant.... no ovulation tests, no in vitro, no stress, no headaches, no planning... nothing!! All those years and all that trouble trying to conceive, and we end up getting pregnant for FREE!! Go figure :)
We now have one baby on the way and one baby with a foot out the door. Our daughter will be starting her senior year in high school when the baby's born. So I feel like we're starting all over. I don't remember anything. I didn't even save anything, like a crib, stroller, baby clothes, toys, etc. So I'm definitely going to have fun re-shopping for everything. Toys are so much cooler than they were 16 years ago!!
I plan to, once again, breastfeed.
This time I'm going to be a stay-home mom.
I would like to try cloth diapers this time. Let me know if you have any advice or opinions on that.
Birth will be in a hospital.
My first delivery was natural but I doubt if I'm woman enough to endure the pain this time around... we'll see :)

That is so true, what other career can you retire at like 37 or 38 and get paid for the rest of your life, besides the ones that normal average joes can't get into like acting and all those other rich people jobs! That's the part I like the most! I plan to try and stay in as long as I can so we'll see how it goes, everyone keeps telling me to commission but I'm content right where I'm at for right now.
I do not know how you do it with the daughter almost out the door and the next one coming in, I would so be freaking out! We weren't trying for this one and he caused a few stressful months in the beginning but it's better now and we both agree this is all we want so we're done after this...thank god the AF will do his surgery for free!! :-)

WELL REMEMBER I WAS SAYING THAT MY LIL ONE WAS HEAD DOWN FROM THE 12 WEEK SCAN AND THAT IT HAD WENT LOWER DOWN 2 WEEKS AGO ,AND MY LAST PREGNANCY 6 YEARS AGO MY DAUGHTER WAS HEAD DOWN THE WHOLE TIME TOO AND ENGAGED FROM 30 WEEKS WELL I HAD MY APPT TODAY AND THE MIDWIFE SAYS THE BABY HAS FLIPPED RITE ROUND AND IS SITTING IN THE BREATCH POSSITION,SHE AINT WORRIED AT THIS STAGE RAND WILL CHECK IT EVERY 2 WEEKS AND SEE IF IT HAS MOVED BACK ROUND,AND IF IT HASNT TURNED BACK ROUND BY 36 WEEKS SHE WILL GIVE ME EXCERSISES TO TURN HIM ROUND,IM KINDA WORRIED INCASE IT DOESNT TURN BACK ROUND THEN IT MEANS I WOULD NEED TO HAVE A C SECTION,IT SO STRANGE HOW I WAS JUST TALKING TO YOU GUYS ABOUT IT AND THEN THE NEXT DAY ITS TURNED ROUND HOW WEIRD IS THAT LOL X

About your post , you have a good point about some girls saying it is "OK" I didn't scroll down and read their posts until I read yours. I wasn't trying to "regulate the forum" I just don't think some of these girls need added guilt of hearing it is right or wrong. Forums are awesome!
