Hi!
Thank you for that, I will try the tea tonight, but I take a bath everynight before bed, and honestly, that is the only place i feel comfortable. The water just relaxes me, i could fall asleep in the bath. but once i get out and do the bed thing.. yep.. uncomfortable all over again :(

been asleep for 40 mins!! folks arrived just as i woke, yet again wanted to stay asleep and now feel sick!! its all bizarre. just been looking at my belly and i feel its suddenly just got bigger??? he's still moving none stop hence why my nap time was 40mins not 2 hour 40mins!! how on earth do u sleep with Katie moving all the time?
