Regan Cara Born 9:58pm 6lbs 3oz 18 in

Connor Rankin Born 10:02pm 5lbs 9oz.

Connor and me are home. Regan had to stay in the Nicu for a few days. She was not eating or pooping very well. Hopefully she will come home tomorrow or Monday.

At about 8 weeks, when I thought I was misscarrying I found out that we were having Twins!!!!! We are so surprised. Already have two boys....so we will have out hands full.

My section has been moved up to the 23rd now...getting closer. I just hope I do not go into labor before....that is the beauty of a section...no labor pains!!! How are you feeling?

The doctor said the chances of Twin A flipping now are VERY small, but he will try and deliver her breech. I am really torn since I really don't want a c-section, but I don't know if it is safe. That is also my fear.. what if I somehow manage to deliver Twin A breech and then I have to have a c-section because Twin B gets in trouble. Nothing like having to recuperate from both! lol Have you been given a date when they will take your babies if they haven't come? Good luck to you to :-) and Congrats!!

I know what you mean. I've had two cases of that. It is miserable having the lingering cough and especially with it waking you up at night. I am feeling pretty good. I am lacking sleep and my back pain came back today after being without it for 4 weeks.

Only 3 months to go! You must be getting excited... and I am only 3 months along... so far to go. How much weight have you put on? I was like you with my first pregnancy...all in the front. I only gained 42 pounds but I have a feeling that I will gain more than that this time... I am having sweet tooth cravings like crazy and I usually don't eat sweets!

I couldn't decide on your girls names... but I like Declan for a boys name. I haven't even started to think about names, though we still have boys names from the last pregnancy that we may go with. But of course, I am pregnant and very entitled to change my mind at anytime!

That is great that you did not have to paint! I love the name Emma. Funny thing about Reagan is that all my kids have President's names. I knew, of course, that Kennedy was assassinated, but recently realized McKinley was too!! I will need to think about that!

OK....you are way ahead of me with the nursery set up. I am going to try to get my DH to concentrate on putting the shelves up this weekend, shop for dressers, and get the daybed up. The walls are still bare too. I need to get busy. Time is flying by now!!! Your babies have great weights. Those weights are similar to my babies weights at 26 weeks...5 days.
Did you pin down the names yet or is the jury still out?

Congrats on having both head down! I'm still waiting for one to flip! I keep trying to will her into it before she runs out of room, but she seems to have a mind of her own! I think she enjoys kicking my bladder and her sister's head too much!

We are a work in progress in the girl's room. I need to post some pics. We have the cribs up! My specialist told me at my last visit that it is VERY important that the babies sleep in one crib for the first 3-6 months! He said they will not be very happy if separated. My Mom kept my brother's together for the first few months. I thought it was because she had no idea in 1974 that she was having twins until she actually had them, but she said she left them together on purpose.
My next OB visit is on the 28th and my next scan with the specialist is on the 6th. Hopefully, we can get this section scheduled then! Let me know how your scan goes!!! Have a great weekend!!! xxxAmyxxx

Hey thanks I just get so worried all the time and my husband is a nervous wreck. So we are pretty much in the same boat. I have a girl and a boy already. We were not expecting to have twins but I am very happy. I didn't find out until I was 18 weeks that I was having twins and everyone kept telling me that I was and I kept denying it. So I had to apologize to alot of people. Even the girl at Burger King lol. Its just so much to take in and prepare for. Trying to get ready before they get here is alot too.
