It took 3 home tests and a doctors test to believe I was pregnant! So happy!

ITS A BOY!!!!!

Heartburn, muscle ache, swolleness, cramps, headaches, forgetfulness, indecisive, eating everything in the house to going off food completely, restless nights, getting chubby................................

Feeling the baby wake up and kicking, seeing it smile during the scan, listening to its heartbeat, choosing a name, feeling it grow, guessing if its a boy or a girl, knowing that we are going to be a family for the rest of our life, buying wee booties and mits...

I absolutely love being pregnant x

Aha... Heya.. How are things?

Wow can't believe she is over there already I wondered y I haven't heard from her in ages!! Baby Alfie is great, a real good baby.. feeds every 4 hours and never cries unless hungry or need nappy changing. He is beautiful. Has taken me to this point (2 weeks) to really appreciate him as before I was a tad teary and was getting used to this life changing situation. Now I'm loving it and really relaxing.. So glad you're all well! How old is baby Owen now? I am slowly getting him into a routine and I'm starting to live my life around him... how about u? are u in a routine? xxx

Hey been wondering where u've been!!

Yeh I am feeling soooooooo tired today and really fed up and cranky, so unlike me. Its been a busy weekend. Am nesting alot and can't stop cleaning and dusting ha ha! Don't think Alfie is really that low but midwife says he is 3/5th engaged. i don't think he will be here before or even on due date, think he will be late. I've been getting BH too have quite a few a day coupled with sharp pains near the cervix.. do u get that?

LOL don't reckon I'm strong enough to push him.. I really can't imagine it at all... I can't get through my head that he is in there... a baby, its stupid isn't it?

Oh wow she sounds like she had an amazing birth and I hope I have it too. At first I thought he was gonna be early but definately not now think he is gonna be over...

Jesus he is moving around like crazy today, he's getting that big its starting to hurt.. I don't feel I can grow anymore. Why don't you put some new pics up for me to see

Did she explain to you waht the feeling was like? I am obsessed about knowing all the goss? What pain relief did she have!

OH MY GOD - I am the soooooo jealous I want mine now! How was she? I can't believe he waited till she was married, how cute... Did they say why she was early?

Do u think u'll be early, yeh all I think about it how he looks and smells... can't wait to kiss him and tell him how much I love him.

Oh my frickin god.. she's had him!!! What the hell? Is she ok... I cant believe it!! WOW! Please pas on my best wishes for her and u need to let me know all the details too... was it natural how was it etc.... My friedn had hers this morning too she was 38 weeks.. I'm so scared now its becoming more real... I don't feel like I am to have him soon tho, think he's gonna be overdue.

Shame he doesn;t like Alfie, I love it hence why we're calling him Alfie.

I am ok, feel like I'm gonna be preggers for ages... how about u? how are u feeling?

Hey... did I tell u about the placenta being at the front in between me and baby so the kicks are still cushioned.. I can't feel him alot, and when at work busy its easy to not feel anything. Its a weird feeling and I still panic but as long as I feel at least a kick a day its all good he he!

Ben away now up until Sat so gonna be bored by myself at work.

Let me know what that sex and the city is like, I'm thinking of downloading it shhhhh he he!

Sleeping obviously not too bad at the moment cuz the kicking cushioned. But know what u mean about the tiredness, one little thing will annoy me.

Have you heard from Laura recently? She said she was signed off and haven't spoke since, I hope she's ok

Hiya

doing awrite just totalyy shattered all the time!!! (which is no like me lol) usualy full of beans!!!!

spoke to people who had been to the classes and said all that stuff goes straight out the window when your having your baby and also after the baby arrives, the best thing they felt was meeting up with all the people :o} i've heard from them yet..............no doubt i will tho soon enough

heres a story to get you going was speaking to a girl that used to work here she had her baby boy at 34 wks so he was a small baby she got 153 stitches they had to use the forceps to turn the baby into the correct position then Pulled him out!!!!!!! Eeeek pretty rough eh?? she said that you wouldnt even know tho and that the guy who stitched her done a good job lol

it doesnt scare me all that stuff i know its gonna be sore but the excitment is taking over and i am not nervous in the slightest about the labour/birth its gonna be great!!!!! and whatever happens happens!!!!

am still going down the avoid the epedural route (dont get me wrong if i think i need it or the hosp does then i will have it but am gonna try pethadean first.....my cousins girl just had a boy (4 days ago)she called him Jase :o} he is the cutest thing you have ever seen he was 8lb 8 oz no stitches, gas, air and pethadean You go girl!!!!!! am def gonna try and avoid the epedural

she said you should wait until you see your baby for the first time its the greatest feeling in the world.....I bet it is!!!! and the pain goes away the minute you have them bit like toothache (once it's pulled its away lol) xxx

dont you get a tour around the hosp?? think the lady said we might do am gonna ask at my next appointment :o} a wanna go and have a rake around see whats happening!!!!

2weeks today and i will get to see my wee boy, really looking forward to seeing him at the 4d scan xxx

I take it you like Owen too he he... Had a lovely time on holiday, relaxed alot and chilled out, think it made babs chilled. I did have moments of nerves though thinking if summit wrong what would I do. Prolly wouldn't go any later than I did tho. My friend is over in Spain now and she is 28.5 weeks... think its too far along myself.

I'm not going to those antinatal classes till 30 weeks.. been told not to go too early.. how weird? We all get told different things. Yeh calling my little boy Alfie, had that name since day 1 and didn't have a name for a girl, I love the name he's gonna be a little cheeky Alfie. What is the other half thinking instead then? I quite liked Mason also but Alfie is cooler he he. x

I know i am begining to feel like i am going to burst with excitment hehehe

i have pretty much the same experiance this week, had a cpl of dreams about the baby, that i could see what he looked like through the skin on my belly wierd but no that wierd it freeked me out (if that makes sense?) it was a great dream..think its cause i have got my 4d scan in 3 wks and i cant wait to see what he looks like :o}

then the little boy (age 3) was coming out his garden with his gran as i was getting in the car...he said to me Hiya in a really cheery voice i'm going to the nursery (bless his cotton socks) had a little blether with the boy and got in my car then a tractor came past and you should have seen him jumping all over the place with excitment and shouting and pointing to his gran, just made me think that'll be us in a few years time!!!! getting all excited about cars n tractors rather dolls n prams I cant wait either its gonna be GREAT !!!!!!! XXXXXX
