Weird....I know that their lungs are mature now but I think the full-term varies from doctor to doctor...they stopped my labor and said it was 38 weeks. All I know is that I want this little guy to stay in as long as possible.

thats great, huh? Im so glad were getting it cut short. Yea, I think ive been on them since 23 weeks or something. I hate that medicine, it makes you feel so crappy.. Like you drank to much coffee. I am so glad that it is almost over! I wish my c-section was on the 26th, but who knows, it very well could be. Well, Good luck!

I had an IUD prior to getting pregnant this time around and I loved it. I had it in the full 5years and then removed it to try to have a baby and no problem there. There are always scary stories with all contraceptives but i think it is way better than pumping in chemicals to your body!!!!

Hi I read about you having contractions, I was wondering is it like the braxton hicks where it is pressure and not alot of pain, or is it painful? I have alot of braxton hicks, and sometimes they do come 10-or more an hour, just wondering what your experiencing, to see if i should call my doctor or tell someone? Thanx, Shannon

I hope you're still hanging in there! I am so happy to have made it to 34 weeks, now its just a waiting game. My baby is HUGE - was weighing in at 4.5 lbs at 31 weeks! Its going to be a big one! At 37 weeks I am going to do everything in my power to evict it if it doesn't come sooner! Take care and keep in touch!

Hi! I hope you're still hanging in there! What kind of shots are they giving you? I've got a prescription for tylonal with codeine and a sedative that I am to take if the contractions get bad; basically my doctor told me not to go to the hospital unless I am really in labour because there isn't much they can do besides give me these drugs. Ouch, strict bedrest does not sound like fun! I am still allowed to move around, I'm just supposed to take it easy. Take care and keep in touch!

Hi there! I hope that you're still hanging in there. It is kind of comforting to get those steroid shots so that we know that our babies have a better chance in case they are determined to be born early! Are you on bedrest? I was for two days (it was hell), now I'm under orders to take it easy. Seems that I have to listen, too, because as soon as I get active or wound up I get really strong BH again. I would definitely like to keep Baby inside for a few more weeks - but, with the size of it already, I'm thinking that a 36 week baby would be just about right!

Thank you for your message, about the contractio ns see i went friday and all that happened and then i was back in there on sunday again with the same thing except contractions were 3-5 mins apart. I am frightened all i do i make dinner and clean a little because if i do anymore they kick in last night i thought i was going to go back in because iw ould wake up to my whole stomach tightening..not fun.

Hi and again thanks for the advice .I tried the banana and it seemed to help alittle.It was still there alittle but not as bad as most nights.Prob was I still couldn`t sleep.I just cannot get more then 3 hours a night.I plan on eating a banana every night .I appreciate your kind advice.How are your restless legs? Hopee that your preg is going well.
