 You can take Flinstone vitamins. I myself can not take the prenatal vitamins either, they make me gag and my doctor suggested i take flinstones with iron. You just have to take 2. Sure beats trying to swallow those horse pills. :-)

Girl, my hair sheds all the time. I mean really falls out. It freaked me out so that I called my doctor and she said it was completely normal. Just your hormones returning back to normal rates. Don't worry girl!

In answer to your question - ALL my pregnancies with the girls - sick ALL DAY until I was around 4 months along!!!! The boys - hardly any at all. This is my ninth pregnancy and I have been a little concerned because I didnt have ANY of my usual symptoms let alone M/S - no sore BBs, not tired, no nausea , smells didnt worry me etc. I have had my worries put to bed now - just and hour ago I had my scan and all looks great! Hard as it is , dont worry and just try to enjoy your days with no nausea and consider yourself one of the lucky ones!

I am not sick at all... I was a little nauseated w/ the other ones but I have noticed with each pregnancy it gets lighter and lighter. I have never thrown up with any of them. I feel really great! Hope this puts you to ease.
