Hello to all the mommies or soon-to-be mommies out there!
My name is Linh and right now i am about 10 weeks along. It's my first pregnancy and I am about to turn 19.
I'm nervous about this whole process, mainly on what to expect during my first appointment, and ESPECIALLY LABOR & DELIVERY!! oh man, i can feel the pain already by saying those 2 words, lol.
Any young mothers out there, or ANY mothers out there, who would like to chat, feel free to come by and leave comments or any advice from experience. Right now, I am experiencing bad morning sickness and i hope this will get better towards the end of my first trimester. My first appt is this week so wish me luck! <3
Sunday, April 6, 2008-- i just found out on friday that my boyfriend and i are expecting a baby BOY! so exciting. i wanted a girl but my boyfriend wanted a boy so i guess it's okay! doctor says i need to eat more to gain more weight.. i came in 105 4 weeks ago and now i'm 103. but so far she said the baby is looking good. =)
Sunday, June 1, 2008-- So i took my glucose test on Friday.. and im waiting on the results. i hope it goes okay because i do not want to come back for a 3 hour test! ahh i hate all these testings.. i heard the glucose drink would be bad but it wasnt bad at all. in fact, it was pretty good lol. it tasted like soda to me. shrugs. anyhow.. i cant believe how fast all of this is going by... im halfway through and im excited yet so nervous at the same time. i feel like im in this alone because i have no family behind me besides my boyfriend and his family. and they're great and im truly grateful for that. anyways i didnt get a picture of my recent ultrasound on friday.. but this ultrasound below is when i was 19 weeks!

babybubbles88 - Tuesday, 5 August Hey I know how you feel when it comes to support. My parents are very disappointed in me as well and I have the support of my bf and his parents. But my parents are in a way are supporting me now by buying me maternity outfits....and my first baby outfit (unisex) one...but yesterday we just found out we're having a baby girl. So we went out shopping and spend over $70 on 9 items of cute baby stuff!
sadiee - Monday, 4 August I'm about that size now. I'm 32 weeks :D ...I'm afraid I'm gonna look like a bubble. lol.

jbayb - Thursday, 3 July Nope..they actually told me over the phone & reffered me to the thyroid dr(endocrinologist) & when I saw her she said "in preganancy its normal so go home your fine" I didn't argue! Maybe ur in the same situation..U should see a 2nd dr so u don't take pills for nothing! I know it sucks having another pill to take!
jbayb - Wednesday, 2 July Well...I just went to an endocrinologist yesterday & they basically said "GO HOME!" literally. She looked at the blood work my dr sent & said everything was fine & my thyroid was a little overactive but that was normal because at some points they do being that I have an extra human in me..THANK GOD I was super happy! So Im in the clear. Oh & I never took medicine..Im sure ur little one will come out healthy as can be
