You're welcome. I think if I were to do anything... I would pay to go to a place that teaches the techniques rather than buy the one on tv. I don't trust anything I see on tv anymore...lol. I can buy a pole and put it in my bedroom, pay to learn some of the moves, and then do it at home and it'll be alot cheaper than paying for a gym membership forever. Good luck with whatever you decide though!

I'm good, thanks! :) I test on Nov 30. I am on a med to help my thyroid, so that should help my hormone levels, and KEEP me pregnant next time! I am not stressed about TTC at all, so just going with the flow! I'd love to hear his English song. Is that Afrikaans he is singing in? Excuse my ignorance if I am wrong!

the workout program am doing is called "inanity" I LOVE IT !!!!! its the most intense workout u can get on dvd.proven to get dramatic results in only 60 days !!!! I warn u it is extreamely intense really har core workouts not 4 every one.but if ur up for the challange u will get deserving results :) good luck in what ever workout u choose hun u will get great results in the end :)
