My name is Tabatha and I am married to wonderful man named keith. After many years of trying to conceive we had our first baby on June 20 of 2007! We named him Gabe. Being a parent is such a joy, and has definately brought new meaning to my life. We were suprised, and excited to find out on February 29 2008, that we are expecting another baby!

ambrielles mommy - Tuesday, 22 Jan yep you take it before each meal..now if your eating a salad don't waste one on that. It's basically a fat blocker. I didn't even really read up on it. I saw results on a friend and I said ok I'm doing it lol!
ambrielles mommy - Tuesday, 22 Jan Hey thats the great thing about it, it doesn't make you feel shaky at all. Thats why I don't like most diet pills.
Jess G - Monday, 21 Jan Thanks on the pic. She loves to stand...against the couch or wall. She's started cruising the couches now...our two couches are really close together and she goes from one to the other...it's cute. She keeps me on my toes! YES, I know how it is to lose those final pounds...I was stuck at 7lb more than my prepreg weight...but just recently weighed and have gone down to 2lb LESS than the prepreg weight! yay! It's just b/c I don't eat like I used to...and I'm chasing her around ALLLLL day long! lol
Jess G - Sunday, 20 Jan Happy 7 months Gabe!! =) How are things?
VickieVic - Saturday, 19 Jan Your son is so beautiful or shall I say Handsom, look at those eyes. Wow! Great job mom :) He looks like such a Happy baby...
amyeliz - Friday, 18 Jan No, Ryleigh does not wake up during the night to be fed. Sometimes she wakes up and I have to hold her or rock her back to sleep. Its been happening lately because she is getting her first tooth. She doesnt have any yet. I can feel it so I know its coming! I dont know what I would do if I were you. I cannot let Ryleigh cry it out. I have tried. I only let her fuss if she has just been fed and changed...like when I put her down for bed. Have you tried rocking him? Before when Ryleigh was waking in the middle of the night I had someone tell me to offer a bottle of cool water instead of warm milk because it wont be what they want so they will stop waking up for it. I never had to try it so I'm not certain it works. Another thing I heard was to offer less than what they are used to. Like if he takes 5 oz, offer him 4 one night, 3 the next...and so on. Maybe its just psychological.
girleo - Tuesday, 15 Jan Hey, My son started waking up in the night also.. But sad enough it's every 30 minutes... he just wakes up and cries for a second and goes back to sleep, and every 3/4 hours he wakes up for a feeding.. i'm seriously thinking its a growing spurt, might be the same case for your little one.
amyeliz - Monday, 14 Jan Thats awesome that he is doing good without it. I just got her prescrition refilled so I am going to give her 1 month of the full dose, then start weening. I wish I could start running again. I dont have a treadmill at home...just a gym membership so its not so easy, especially because my husband is out of town all week every week. My cousin offered to babysit after school so I could go to the gym or shopping. I may take her up on it soon!
amyeliz - Friday, 11 Jan I forgot to tell you...the pediatrician said that once Ryleigh sits unassisted that I am to wean her off the prevacid. He said give it to her every other day for a month so that there wont be a big surge of acid. Is Gabe still doing ok without the prevacid?
Ambrielles Mommy - Wednesday, 9 Jan oh yea...I know I'm about 40 lbs from where I wanna be. I'm doing weight watchers and going to start taking ALLI to see how that goes. I'm also going to try pilates. Yes my stomach also grosses me out. I hate it! Its kinda saggy towards the bottom. Not to mention the strech marks. I just noticed how much weight I actually gained after seeing myself on video tape! eww I was so disgusted w/ my fat face! I've been covering it up w/ sweatshirts etc and becoming more self concious b/c I look like crap. I need to start making an effort to take care of my looks like I used to b/c my confidence is on a steep downhill plunge. Anyhow I've never been skinny..if I ever was close to it I had to work to get there. I wasn't happy w/ myself before the pregnancy so I'm deff not happy now w/ the extra 25 lbs! Ukkk!!
amyeliz - Wednesday, 9 Jan Im glad you are both feeling better! I wouldnt push the solids, especially if it makes him upset. He'll get it soon! Ryleigh eats solids plus 22 oz of formula a day.
ambrielles mommy - Tuesday, 8 Jan thanks hun, I need some confidence and motivation right now...I just don't feel myself lately..Oh well I think I'll feel better once I get on track w/ my weight loss and get the house cleaned up.
ambrielles mommy - Tuesday, 8 Jan hey thanks for the reply. I just feel guilty when I get home from work and I have to get some stuff done. Our house has become a wreck b/c I work all day and feel like I can't do anything when I get home. Her daddy is also with her all day up until he has to go to work and he's not doing too well w/ multi tasking either...I just feel overwhelmed with housework because I want to spend time with her. I guess I just need to do a little bit each day and not let it pile up to where I have hours/days of laundry and dishes!! Its awful right now and the babies room is still piled up w/ xmas presents...we havent' even attempted to take down our decorations lol...Oh well we both work 40 hrs per week so its hard b/c the weekends we want to spend time together and do fun stuff not clean all day..but we need too!
Jess G - Monday, 7 Jan oh girl, that how Regan used to get around... now she mainly army crawls...well, it's a knee/elbow crawl..sometimes to does a little hand/knee, but now She's also begun pulling up...all the time, on everything..not cool when I want her lay down and nap...and she's constantly standing at the side of the crib. lol. But I'm sure he'll eventually crawl...one way or another..unless he does just want to roll. Don't let this get you down...he'll figure out his way of getting around. Traditional crawling(hand/knee)is NOT a important or necessary milestone..some do their own thing(roll, belly crawl, bottom scooting, etc) then they go to walking...Don't worry and enjoy the way he's choosing to get around right now. =)
amyeliz - Monday, 7 Jan How are you guys doing? Feeling better? Ryleigh had her 6 month visit today. 16 lbs 4 oz and 26 1/4 inches long. She's getting to be a big girl!
Annas-Momma - Monday, 7 Jan Her cough has gotten so much worse and she was having a hard time breathing so I took her to the doctor. She gave me a antibiotic because Anna's ears and throat were red and there was blood in her mucous so she was starting to develop an infection. Shes been on the medication for 2 days and is already feeling sooo much better. I, on the other hand, have entirely lost my voice from coughing. I can only take theraflu at night because it knocks me out so hard that if Anna was crying, I wouldn't even wake up to it. But some hot tea is a really good idea... thanks!! I hope Gabe starts feeling better soon. It breaks my heart to see our adorable little babies sick. :(
excited-1st-time-mom - Friday, 4 Jan you have a beautiful son. Have a happy and blessed new year!
AMYELIZ - Friday, 4 Jan I just let it run all night. I never noticed if it gives off less steam after a few hours. I will have to check that. I have the sickness too. Got it yesterday. Its my 2nd cold in 2 months. I was sick just after Thanksgiving. I hope it goes away fast and Ryleigh doesn't catch it. I am trying not to breathe on her but its really hard when I am the only one here to take care of her.
brocksmommy - Friday, 4 Jan Your son is adorable. Is he crawling yet??
sandra costello - Thursday, 3 Jan YOUR SON IS SO CUTE WELL IM 25 WEEKS PRGEANT CANT YOU TELL ME IF I AM TOO BIG
Annas-Momma - Thursday, 3 Jan I've got one of those Vicks humidifiers on full blast... I hope its helping her. I've got my hubby picking up some baby Vicks when he gets off of work. She has this terrible cough that sounds like a dog barking. I think thats whats bothering her the most because it keeps her awake so she can't nap and she starts coughing while she is trying to eat. Our poor babies. :( I'm trying to get her to drink some water to stay hydrated, but it doesn't seem to be working... she really doesn't like it.
