My name is Tabatha and I am married to wonderful man named keith. After many, many years of trying to conceive we had our first baby on June 20 of 2007! We named him Gabe. Being a parent is such a joy, and has definately brought new meaning to my life. We were suprised, and excited to find out on February 29 2008, that we are expecting another baby! This one didn't take the years of trying that we expected. baby

The Gemini Baby May 21 - June 21 Planet - Mercury Element - Air Eager to get going (this baby probably kicked up a storm in the womb!), the Gemini baby is likely to be talking early and making a mark from day one. Curious and quite the explorer, this tot is one who needs lots of stimuli in order to be happy, as they are easily bored. Since those communication skills are top-notch, the smart thing to do with this baby is bring them into a play group as soon as possible. At home, siblings could easily fill this function, as someone must! It's never too early for the Gemini baby to interact with others, and they will also learn their lessons early on. The Gemini tot is definitely not clingy. Quite the contrary, this is one baby who is happy to march to their own drummer, gallivanting about and being amused in the process. Surprisingly, when this baby is not engaged (chatting or playing with others), there could be a certain emotional detachment. For that reason, it's best to keep things uncomplicated and easy for them to understand, the better to maintain harmony. To sum up, the Gemini baby is the Great Communicator of the play group, has a short attention span (so keep 'em busy!), and is one clever and creative tot.

OK-sorry, another message about the slings LOL. This is identical to the peanut shell that I've got now, & when I would carry Claire in this position, I felt like it was going to make me fall face first into the ground!

Hi Tabatha, Congrats on your pregnancy!!!! Thank you so much for replying. It's good to know i'm not the only one, i'm putting on soo much weight & as its 17 years since i had my daughter i'm realy unsure it i remember everything correctly.

Anyway how are you?? xxxx

claires-momma - Wednesday, 11 June
Oh man...I sympathize totally with you on a bad day yesterday! I've read about 1 year molars, too. I just hope I get a break from the teething for a while. Claire has a top tooth that is about halfway through, to the left of her two top teeth, she has both bottom ones that are trying to pop thru & the same on the top right. I hope her molars wait a while to come in, I can't handle much more! Maybe that's what's bothering the Gabester now is his teeth. Have you ever given him a popsicle before?

claires-momma - Wednesday, 11 June
How are you & Gabe today? Is he in a better mood? Claire is actually taking a nap this morning, hallelujah. She only slept an hour all day yesterday & it was seriously one of those...what the hell am I going to do in 3 months days. The weather is finally nice enough so that we can go to the pool this afternoon, so I am looking forward to that! What are you guys up to today?

amyeliz - Wednesday, 11 June
I know, I put a few on the table for her to eat but she wanted to ge them out of the container herself...so I let her. I tried to take them away but she wasnt having it, so I just let her eat them. Whatever makes her happy today!

amyeliz - Tuesday, 10 June
Its usually just me and Ryleigh too...so I dont even bother cooking most of the time. I have to start though! I am definitely looking fat! And its so early...oh well, its totally worth it!

amyeliz - Tuesday, 10 June
I am feeling good. I am tired and bloated but other than that I feel great. No sickness yet. I was sick with Ryleigh early on so maybe I will get lucky. Reflux...yuck! I get indigestion if I eat certain foods...like broccoli...weird. I feel like I already have a pouch. I know its just from being bloated, but my shorts are getting tight! I was the same way with Ryleigh. YES! Ryleigh wont eat a veggie to save her life. She throws them on the floor. I keep trying but at the same time I feel like I am wasting soooo much food. What are we going to do with these babies???

amyeliz - Tuesday, 10 June
Wow, thats a good nap. Yes, I am using the same doctor. I will have a c-section since I had one last time. Yeah, I remember your delivery with Gabe...one time is enough!

claires-momma - Tuesday, 10 June
Oh it was such a relief!! I called him at work, because I didn't know if he'd been able to get online to check the scores, and when he answered the phone I almost started crying & all I could say was "You passed!" I don't think I have ever asked, what does Keith do?

claires-momma - Monday, 9 June
Oh man! I was so tired this morning. I kept waiting for Claire to take her nap so I could take one too & when she finally fell asleep, I got online to see if Chase's test results were posted & when I found out he passed, I got so excited I couldn't fall asleep! Our afternoon was pretty good, it must be something in the air because Claire was bouncing off the walls this afternoon too!

claires-momma - Monday, 9 June
That is so cute! It looks like he looooved the cake!

amyeliz - Monday, 9 June
I just got back. They did a urine test and said I am pregnant! No duh! They took blood to check my progesterone levels, I will know results tomorrow. They want to do an ultrasound in 2 weeks to make sure all is ok. The doc said it may be too early for them to see much right now. How are you, Gabe and Baby 2, today?

claires-momma - Sunday, 8 June
That sounds like a nice day! That's awesome he's still sleeping, too! I just woke up about 10 minutes ago. I didn't get to sleep until 2 b/c of my coughing, then Claire woke up crying around 4, went back to sleep until 7, had her cup & now she's just starting to wake up. Today will be a whole lot of nothing. Chase has to mow & do a few little outside chores & then he's got a friend coming over this afternoon so he can help him study but that's about it. I can't wait to see the new pics of Gabe

amyeliz - Sunday, 8 June
Yes, I have an appointment at 10:30 tomorrow morning. I'll let you know how it goes!

claires-momma - Sunday, 8 June
How has your weekend been? Did you guys get to do anything fun?

amyeliz - Saturday, 7 June
I just did a Clearblue digital test and it says "Pregnant"! YAY! I feel a bit better now!

amberlynn1111 - Saturday, 7 June
I am hoping to find out! I hope they can see...i have a feeling this one is breech right now...all my kicks and movement are at the VERY bottom of my uterus. We will see Thursday!

annas-momma - Friday, 6 June
I am NOT ready for our babies to be 1 yet. Just give me one more year to adjust! ... Maybe two.

annas-momma - Friday, 6 June
What does your husband think of the names on your poll? None of those names will make your kids end up obese, bald, greasy and impotent, right?

bdale2 - Friday, 6 June
You are going to have your hands full and I know what you mean. There is about 18 months in between my children. My oldest son, Nathan, will be 3 years and 2 months old and Alex will be 18 months old when Evan is born. Once the baby is old enough to be put on a routine is gets much easier. Good Luck!

claires-momma - Friday, 6 June
I've read over & over that they *don't* hurt, but mine do. It feels like really bad muscle spasms or aches. Phenergens knock me on my butt, too. I'm just glad I didn't have to take them for long. Claire usually takes 2 naps a day. Her first one is 2-3 hours after she wakes up & is usually 1-1.5hr, then she's up for 3-4 hours, then back down for around 2 hours, up for 3ish hours & then down for the night. That's one thing I love about the pool...I know it will guarantee me two hours in the afternoons!

claires-momma - Friday, 6 June
That is a good nap! Oh no about the morning sickness. I hate when that hits me still. The constant eating is how I am with this pregnancy! With Claire, Chase was always saying "eat more, eat more" and with Carter, Chase is saying "slow down, slow down!" Ha. Jonesboro is quite a bit bigger than Winfield...I think the pop here is only about 14,000. That is big to both Chase & I though. We're both from really small towns...he graduated with 32 people & I graduated with 84 people. We like it though b/c its not too big but not too small & its only 45 minutes from Wichita. Claire is actually being pretty good. I think in about 30 minutes we'll head to the pool. When she takes her afternoon nap I've GOT to do some housework. Nothing ever gets done when Chase is home & if I *do* manage to get some stuff done, he comes right behind me & un-does it. I was going to do it when she took her morning nap but I started getting BH while we were grocery shopping so I just sat around.

claires-momma - Friday, 6 June
Oh man, I'd be ticked at that guy, too! What a jerk. How big is Jonesboro? Is there a lot of stuff to do there? There's not a whole lot to do in Winfield...Wal-Mart, the pool & the park...that's about it. Luckily Claire loves the pool & park so that at least gets us out of the house for about an hour or so when we go. They have a farmers market on the weekends here, too, so I think we are going to go do that in the morning. Did Gabe take a good nap for you this morning?
