Been married for yonks, just taken a while to get round to the baby thing - but we got there in the end!

Had a missed miscarriage at 11 weeks in June 2007, which was pretty rubbish, but back on the horse now, and looking forward to June 2008 and our new arrival!

Hi I live in Australia, and I too think it must be an American thing to be obsessed with been induced and even gettn checked how far dialated and effaced you are. Here in Australia we just get our normal check ups, no checking down below yet, and definately no discussion of been induced. I figure the baby comes when it's ready to, not when we want it to. I haven't even been trying anything to try and induce myself!
I think the only time they discuss induction is when you are over a week over due!
