Make your Stick Figure Family at FreeFlashToys.com
I have been a member with this site since I was only a few weeks pregnant and I have met some very wonderful people! I'm grateful to be able to talk and share my experiences and fears with other women going through the same thing. I'm always willing to give advice (even though I bet some people just want me to shut it! lol And I'm always appreciative for the advice I've been given.
I have the most preciouse gift of the world...baby Caleb. I can't image life without him and he truley does make me want to be a better person. Nathan, my husband, and I strive every day to let Caleb know how much we absolutley love him. I can't imagine a greater love than the one I have for my child and my husband. Keeping a family together isn't easy and we work hard at it every day!
Nathan and I were married in September of 07 and found out 2 days BEFORE the wedding that I was pregnant! (Guess who stayed sober for the wedding.....and guess who didn't!!)

Baby Updates
1st Month: Eating, sleeping and pooping like a pro!
2nd Month: Perfected pooping on Mommy and gets her with pee during every diaper change!
3rd Month - Talking like crazy and even squeals and laughs. I love hearing him giggle and squeal! He can even stand when he`s pulled into a standing position. Big boy!!!
4th Month - Caleb let out his first real laugh Friday September 26th. It was the cutest thing! What a wonderful sound! He is rolling from front to back and from back to front! Caleb can scoot himself in a circle but hasnt been able to master a forward scoot....yet! :-)
5th Month - Caleb is a little squirmy bug and rolls all over the floor. He has been pushing up on his legs and pushing his bottom straight up trying so hard to get on those knees!! He celebrated his first Halloween just a few days ago as Tigger!! He was super cute! He is also able to stand for long periods of time on his feet while we hold his hands and he is learning how to sit. He is so handsome...i love this little cutie!!!
6th Month WOW! So much has happened this month and I really feel like I have a little man on my hands! Caleb got his first haircut Saturday, November 15th He is even able to sit for longer periods of time and play with his sitting up toys! He is eating solids 3 times a day and is also officially weaned off of the boobie! He is sleeping 12 hours (straight at times! Woohoo) and naps so well now.
7th Month. (1-07-09) Things have just gone from fast to zoooooming with Calebs development! He sleeps all night, from 8:30pm-8:30ish am! He loves to eat peas, apples, pears, carrots, sweet potatoes and all kinds of stuff. I feel like he is such a big boy! I can keep him sitting up now without his boopy behind him because he has great head control and sitting control. This past week he has done wonders with crawling. He does a bit of a frog thing where he is on his hands and knees and tosses himself forward on his chest, then does it again. He also LOVES to stand. Even when he is on his hands and knees, he is trying to get on his feet in a cute little V shape. If we hold his hands, he will pull himself up to standing and stays standing for a very long time. One of his favorite toys he got for Christmas was the Fisher Price Cruise and Crawl. Its designed to get the baby to start standing and cruising. A NEW TOOTH. Better yet.TWO!!! lol he got his first tooth on 12-16-08 and his second tooth was just days behind. We took Caleb to Myrtle Beach for his first New Years and he loved going into the pool!
8th Month. (2-19-09) Caleb is on full throtle with crawling. He is so freaking quick these days and is standing up on everything! He zooms across the room and crawls right up on whatever he comes across and stands up. He really is such a big boy now and child proofing the house should ahve been done WEEKS ago! hahaha. He is eating more solids and started eating whole bananas and pasta yesterday. I even think he said his first word on the 17th! We were at his PT and he said "Hi" to this little girl! It was so cute! Then the next morning we woke up, he looked at me and said "hi!" It's great!!

Read more details, and the birth story, in Caleb's Children section!!

Well....it's official...I'm pregnant again! This is so exciting and so unreal all at the same time! Wow! I don't even know where to begin! I have taken 2 test and while the first one was a VERY faint line, the second was only a few shades brighter but I am over a week (almost 2) late and I'm pretty certain I'm pregnant! I will take another in a few days to be certain but I have already made my 1st appt so I'm sure that I am! :-) Wow! I'm so excited to do it all over again!! Here comes Baby X!!
January 23rd --- Baby X gave me a big scare yesterday. The day before I noticed a bit of brown on the tissue when I went to bathroom that evening and then yesterday I even had some red...blood! I was so upset! I called the OB and Dr. Jones said I should be okay and to take it easy and get off my feet. I was still certain that I was going to lose the baby until all these wonderful women took the time to write me and share their stories with me. Turns out, it is quite common for women to bleed a bit in the 1st tri. I have my 1st appt on Wednesday....we will see how baby X is doing!
February 2nd --- Well, I've had a hell of a scare this past week. I went in for what I thougt was my 7 weeks appt on Wednesday and had an internal u/S done. Dr Jones said there was NO WAY I was 7 weeks pregnant but I KNOW that my last period was 12-9-08. So either my timing is really off and I'm not on a 28 day cycle or the baby stopped growing 3 weeks ago. My heart sank.....Dr. Jones had me do blood work for my hCG levels on Wednesday and again on Friday. I started getting some of my pregnancy symptoms this past week as well so I thought it would be odd for me to have those symptoms if the baby stopped growing 3 weeks ago. I started feelign pregnant and told myself that I was. But then Saturday O started to bleed again and it was enough that by Sunday I needed a liner and I'm still bleeding a bit today. I called my doc office and the nurse told me that my levels did indeed increase and actually tripled from Wednesday to Friday...so I AM still pregnant. Then I told her about the bleeding and she sounded very upset and wanted my in today to make sure I didn't MC. I told her that Dr. Jones said some bleeding was okay and she said she would have Dr. Jones call me. SO here I am...watinging on the phone call. The bleeding has me uneasy but I'm really glad to know my levels have increased and Baby X IS still growing! More to come...
Feb 5th ---- Baby X is no longer with us. God had other plans for him. You can see Missing Baby X for details.

Sept 15th: We are pregnant again!! YAY!! I'm officially 8 weeks & 6 days as of today and we had our first U/S this past friday where we were able to see our little peanut and a very strong heartbeat of 164. I've had the worst morning sickness and I dont remember having this with Caleb. I've been sick going on 3 weeks now but luckily I was perscribed Zofran last week. It isn't a mirical drug for me but at least I'm not getting sick 3-6 times a day! I will try to update more soon when I'm feeling better. I cant wait for the 1st TRI to pass QUICKLY!!
Sept 27th: Still miserable. I cant stand feeling sick like this all the time. It's so depressing because I miss my son, miss my husband...I miss my life! Just want it to go away NOW!
