We started trying for baby number 2 the end of September and it did not take long, because 2 days after Thanksgiving I found out I was pregnant!!! We are so happy!! My first docs appointment is not until the 8th of January (insurance issues and such), but we can't wait!

The doctors appointment went good! I am right on track (a week ahead) and now due the 24th of July. I got an uti after the check up though and on meds for it. I have an ultrasound on the 22nd of January. I can `t wait! We are going to take our little girl so she can see as well (she `s 4 and a half). I think I am going to order (rent) the doppler so we can hear the heartbeat whenever we want to. It will be good for my daughter. She watches my stomach all day and puts her ear up to it and says she can hear the baby. Take care all and I will update whenever I can.

I had my first ultrasound on Tuesday and it was awesome. The little stinker was moving so much that the tech was having a hard time measuring. It was so cute! My daughter was glued to the screen the whole time. She loved it. My mother was also able to go and my husband. They were not able to tell me the sex yet , but we are hoping for a boy (a girl would be nice as well). I can `t wait for my next ultrasound. My next doctors appointment will be on the 5th of February so I `ll be able to hear the heartbeat again, last time it was 164bpm. I `ll update after my next doctors appointment.

Hey! If you get time to or think about it, please pray for me and the baby. I am borderline pre-eclamptic. I know very well what it is because I had it with my daughter. Anyways, if my blood pressure gets any higher they will have to start monitoring me closely and I will have to go on bed rest. I so hope that this doesn `t happen. I am a teacher and have a four (almost) five year old. I can `t be on bed rest. Thank you so much! On a high note, I have my 4d ultrasound on the 21st of march so we will finally be able to see what I will be having this time. I am so happy about that and the best part it is on my moms birthday. I have the day off and we are going to make a whole day of it. Take care everyone!!!
