My profile
8.11.09 Trintiy is almost 15 months (she will turn 15 months on Saturday), and is very demanding. I didn't know having a toddler would be this much work. When I had my son, I was still living at home with my grandmother who raised me and she took care of my son and let me be a teenager. But this time around, I don't know if I'm just getting old, but it drains me running around with a 1 year old. She has an attitude out of this world. She likes it her way or no way, but I do have to tell her no at times no matter how cute she is. My son on the other hand, is just enjoying the summer playing and has just begin his football season. He has this so called girlfriend that he has been dating for a year and I just wish that they would call it quits. I keep telling him he's too young to be tied down to one girl and they are littel kids. They think they are adults. But I have to deal with him and that situation one day at a time. Why is it that when you just want to do you, people love to come and take your focus away. But whatever, I am still trying to do me and mines. I have 2 kids to look out for. I can't worry about nobody else's problems. It is what it is at the end of the day.
2.27.09 Trinity is getting so big. She's now 9 months, weighing 18lbs. She's very greedy, she eats table food and baby food. It doesn't matter to her just as long as she's eating. She doesn't like to drink from the sippy cup, but loves drinking out of a regular cup. She doesn't use the walker, but can hold on and walk around the furniture. She has one tooth already, but getting her two top teeth. I can't wait for them to come in cause she be cranky. Something is wrong with her. My 12 year old son is having issues with being the class clown and behaving in school. He's so spoiled. But I did it to him, and I'm trying to find ways to get him out of it. I know it's too late, but I try to make up to him because his father is always in and out of jail. That's another story. I don't know what's wrong with some of these men. I really hope he gets it together, but I think he might be in jail for a minute. My son will probably be grown when he gets out of jail. Trinity's father is mad because I took him to child support, but oh well, she gots to eat someway. I have a lot going on with moving and tryin to get my mind right, I'm not paying any of my baby daddy's any attention. I'm doing me to the fullest. I do miss being pregnant though. It was fun while it lasted. Once I move into my new place (and I know it will be drama), I should be able to get my mind right and focus on me. It's rough being a single parent, but I will do it one way or the other.
Hello Everyone, my name is Tasha. I am the mother of two. I recently had a baby girl in May of 2008. I have been on this site for some time now, and just decided to join. I have a son that's 12 years old and just had another baby this year. So much has changed in the past 12 years. It's like I'm a new mom all over again. One of the reasons why I haven't had another child is because I really wanted to have a daughter and was blessed with a daughter. I am loving my little princess. My son on the other hand is a pre-teen and is going through his own little things. He's in middle school and has a little girlfriend. Let's see how this goes.
1/2/09 Trinity is so busy. She has started crawling forwards and loves to stand up. Santa was very good to both her and my son. She has one tooth now, and I think she's getting another one. I am going through 2 different stages with both of my children. My son is a pre-teen going through all his hormonal changes, and my daughter is trying to be somewhat independent. She enjoys standing up and holding onto things, I get so scared because she's only 7 1/2 months. I think she will be walking by the time she's 9 months. She has a walker, but she would rather be outside of the walker. She is too much. My son is at the age where he's addicted to the telephone. He's too funny. He thinks he's a little man. Going to the mall buying his own stuff. He even caught the bus to my cousin's house today. I was so scared. I guess it's hard to see them growing up. Happy New Years Everyone!!!!
Trinity is getting so big, she's 6 1/2 months now and beginning to crawl (backwards of course), she enjoys tummy time and pulling up. I think she will walk early at least by the time she's 9 months. I used to wish that she would get older, now I want her to stay a cute little baby. They grow up so fast. I didn't think I would feel this way. OH, but I can't have another baby, I don't have the energy. I guess I will have to enjoy her while she's a baby. My son on the other hand, does not want to spend quality time with Mommy, he says we need some space (He got some nerver), but whatever. I guess he's getting to be a teenager, this is when they start pulling away hanging with their friends. That's what's to be expected. At least I have my baby girl to hang out with.
