Well lets see I guess I should start at the begining .....

Im 37 Ive been with my husband almost 22 years --- We have 2 children Stephanie 13 and Christopher 10

Me and my husband seperated June 13 07 -- it wasnt one of those nightmare seperations -- we both just seemed to out grow our relationship -- we didnt do things together anymore in fact we didnt really talk anymore ... after the seperation We started talking again and doing things together -- some of the best times we have had -- Welllll hahaha for My daughters birthday in August we went to his house for the weekend and one thing led to another and in September I found out I was pregnant ... Shock would be an understatment

I remember taking the test at home and when it was over calling the 800 # on the box going --- ummm are you sure this is right haha the lady laughed at me and told me to see my Dr 2 days later The Dr says Congrats your pregnant... My husband god love him took it well

We stayed seperated - I didnt want to quit my job and it would be 2 far to drive from his house -- well as soon as work found out I was pregnant -- I was fired I know its illegal but like they said prove it -- they listed attendance as the reason I was let go -- The last night I worked I had to leave after lunch to go to the ER I had a ruptured ovarian sist --- work said i should have waitted the 4 more hours be4 I went to ER

Well in October my parents were moving to Arkansas and my husband wanted me and the kids to move with them ... until this baby is born Our house in the mountains is 1;30 mins from the closest hospital and it made him very uncomfortable for him knowing that --So here I am In Arkansas and he is in Tennessee we have not seen him since October 9th -- we talk to him everyday and write and text but its not the same

about the end of October i went through awful depression I guess about 12 weeks into the pregnancy I slept all the time or wanted to and when I wasnt sleeping I wanted to cry --It made me angry not having anyone to share my feelings with or to hold me -- I still have bad days but not as many -- I guess Im very lonely because I dont know anybody here -- and other then the library and walmart -- well and the Dr I havent been anywhere either -- I get so homesick ...

Well my husband said he will try to be here the 2nd week in December Im so happy hahaha

Im hoping to get a part time job so I can meet some people in this area Ive not worked since September kind of loosing my mind LOL

ok baby updates ****

went to 1st Arkansas apt October 15th said everything looks good 10 weeks along just like it was suposed to be did in office ultra sound but it was so fast I didnt really see anything -- I felt cheated ...

I didnt like the Dr he was not people friendly and very rude -- decided to change Dr Im going with a partner in the same office ...That apt is Novemeber 19 -- I should be 15 weeks

November 19th apt

Loved the new Dr he was great -- took the time to answer my questions -- we did another in office ultra sound I got to see the head arms legs spine ribs omg it was great The heart was beatting around 150 bpm but then he goes your not 15 weeks your 16 weeks and new due date is now 5 -5-08 we also did blood work for quad screen that should be back Nov 27th

next big apt is December 17th Thats for the real ultra sound I hope to find out the babys sex I think its a boy my husband thinks its a girl -- we will see .....

November 26:

Today is my Birthday and I got the best news ...Quad screen came back today -- Negitive chance of having the 4 they tested for ....YYYYAAAAA!!!!!!!

Im a little worried last week I felt flutters - This week nothing I can pin point as movement? And I have no appitite--I was starving all the time - If it doesn't change Ill call Dr.

So I called Dr and the lady who answers the phone tells me -- Oh thats normal -- you may not feel anything again until 20-22 weeks --- and I have to make myself eat and drink ..you know , how hard is it for them to let you come in for a quick in office ultra sound -- just to make you feel better ????

Dec 07th

well I spent 4 hours in the ER last night / this morning with my 10 year old they think he has strep throat he had a 103.00 fever -- I really hope I dont get this -- called my dr office to get advise in case I do get it - the weekend is comming so the dr office will be closed-- and the lovely sweet very UN helpful chick who answers the phone says well if you feel sick go to the ER -- thanks I could have figured that out on my own --- ahhhhhhhhhhhhhh !!!!!!! she makes me crazy - for christmas she is getting coal !!!

Dec 9th

No signs of catching what ever my son has - hope it stay that way - I will be going out of town on the 18th - I cant believe in 9 more days I get to see hubby today its been 2 months since Ive seen him -- the kids are excited -- how do you think he will react to the baby belly?? hahaha

its going to be a crazy few days monday the 17th big U/S -- the 18th leave for tennessee -- the 19th daughter gets her braces off -- shes had them 2 1/2 years -- she doesnt know yet thats one of her christmas gifts...

still not feeling a lot of movement some days nothing at all -- freaking me out a little...

Jan 15th 2008

Well we got back from our trip on the 12th we were gone almost a month it was great - Steph got her braces off the 19th and was very happy - we found out on the 17th we are having a girl McKenzie Danielle the dr moved the due date back to may 5th again ??? I went yesterday to the dr and her heart rate was 159-166 but my BP was up 158/80 he doesnt seem worried yet and I go back in 4 weeks for a sugar test and protien test will let you know how it goes....

Jan 26

Ended up in the ER with high blood pressure at 7.30 pm they sent me to labor and delivery where I stayed for and hour and a half hooked up tp BP machine - started at 160/90 with bed rest it came down to 124/64 - so they sent me home on bed rest .

2 days later I go see the dr and he tells me oh these things can happen ???? I have trace amounts of protien in my urine my BP is up and Im 38 - lets see -- all signs of toxemia...

tells me I dont need bed rest I dont need more office visits and Ill see you in a month??? what an ass.

Feb 9th

well I had to go back to the ER for my BP this time it was 162/92 but my head hurt so bad my vision was messed up and had mild pain in my right side. Again with bed rest it came down . Dr on call wrote me a script for headaches-- I filled it came home and looked it up on line --- NOT TO BE used in last months of pregnancy -- am so glad I looked it up .. Im not even going to call my DR this time He acts like Im an idiot for going to ER and brushed off all my fears and questions ... I have apt with him this thursday might mention it then ???

Feb 14th

at 28 weeks I got to have another Ultra sound she is a girl - they said 100% - did my glucose test and blood press was in normal range that makes me happy - they weighted the baby she should be 2 pounds 2 oz and she was 3 pounds 4 oz hummmm

March 6th

went in for regular check up - blood work still not back for glucose test - should not take 3 weeks...

march 8

Got letter in the mail saying I have to see a lady about diabetic diet I failed 1 hour test number was 140 - there not giving me 3 hour test I dont know why - Im just mad - its like I get one problem under control and here comes another one

march 12

met with lady about the diet -- its not so bad but I have to cound my carbs 45 carbs 6 times a day sounds like a lot to me?

will go back to dr march 20th will let you know what happens

March 20th

had group B strep done should find out april 4th how it went - They say I do have G.Diabetes my score was 140 on the 1 hour test? Im still have some trouble with Blood Press. Dr said they may induce April 21-28 somewhere in that week we will see.
