I'm a 19 and a student at Washington State University in Pullman, i'm majoring in Clinical Psychology and my boyfriend is majoring in Accounting. I found out that I was pregnant during my spring break, SURPRISE! My boyfriend (whose also 19) and I are extremely happy, a little uneasy about plans and school, but still very excited. We've had two ultrasounds so far and everything looks really good, i'm really happy. We're hoping for a girl, but a boy is fine too all we really want is a healthy baby. If we have a boy we want to name him Jaden Michael and if it's a girl we haven't decided on anything.

My First Trimester

3/15/07 Week 8

The day that my life changed forever. I found out on this day that I was having a baby. I even got an u/s that day to confirm pregnancy before I went back to school. The babies heartbeat was 160, we got to see it beat like crazy. We were the proudest most scared parents.

My Second Trimester

4/15/07 Week 13

This was my second ultrasound and the first time we ever heard our baby's heartbeat it was strong at 162! Our baby was moving around like crazy and you can see the arm was in the air it was bouncing around everywhere.

5/2/07 Week 15

Today I had my physical. YUCK! I thought it hurt, I duno but I also got to hear the baby's heartbeat again and it's good, 160 :) so i'm really happy. My next appointment should be to find out what i'm having, which is soooo exciting :)

5/6/07 Week 16

I felt the baby move it was the coolest little flutters in my stomach! I was so excited/stunned that I could barely move :)

5/8/07 Week 16

I finally got an appointment for my u/s to find out what i'm having i'm soooo excited. My appointment is June 6th :).

I think i'm going to have a boy. Just mother intuition and plus everyone who see's me and knows i'm pregnant has predicted a boy. I would be so thrilled with a little boy :)

5/16/07 Week 17

I've been having the worst headache, nothing makes it feel better either. I've also been feeling the baby moving A LOT! it's so awesome :)

5/23/07 Week 18

The doctors office called today to reschedule my u/s to find out the sex of the baby, so my next appointment is for May 31st, i'm so excited it's sooner then the other appointment was!!!!

5/30/07 Week 19

I feel the baby move constantly it's moving right now actually lol :) Brad felt the baby kick 3 times in a row he was so excited and tomorrow I get to find out the sex, I hope the baby cooperates!!

6/1/07 Week 19

We found out yesterday(5/31/07) that we are having a baby girl :) we are both sooooo excited!!!! It was amazing to see how much she's grown since we last saw her at 13 wks the doctor said she's a very active baby and said everything looked good i'm sooo happy!!!

soo i've been reading about these braxton hicks contractions and i'm having them they flippin' hurt!!! I read that it's normal to have them so i'm not worries it just hurts when my stomach gets all tight.

6/2/07 Week 20

Today I went to some really nice yard sales with my boyfriend and his mom we got sooo many really nice things I feel a little more prepared now we picked up some ADORABLE little girls clothes, a really nice stroller w/a matching car seat, changing table, a little tub, play pen, high chair, crib mattress and bassinett! i'm so happy cuz all the stuff is really, really nice and we saved so much money. I feel my little girl kick so much too :) it's so nice and reassuring and then today I got really bad heartburn too I feel pretty uncomfortable too I reallly just want my baby girl here!

I got the worst leg cramp yesterday night. I was sleeping then all of a sudden a horrible cramp that lasted forever...horrible!

6/6/07 Week 20

I had my dr. appointment today everything was perfect. I measured at where i'm supposed to be and the baby weight .66lbs not even a lb yet. The heartbeat was good to 148, so I was a proud mama!

06/8/07 Week 20

I AM SOOOOOOOOOO UNCOMFORTABLE! I think it's cuz I started out almost underweight but my stomach is sore it's already stretching and it hurts and I can't get comfortable when I sit it feels like I can't breathe...I am not loving pregnancy right now. Oh one good thing we picked a name our little girl will be named............................................

6/18/07 Week 22

Ahh pregnancy is starting to kill me I have heartburn so bad it's making me nauseated, I still pee constantly and it feels like Kira is just right on my bladder seriously, I have this stretching feeling in my stomach which is not a good feeling, I have braxton hicks, headaches, and I CANNOT SLEEP! omg seriously i'm over being pregnant I want my little Kira here. The only things I like about pregnancy is the fact that I get to feel her kick and it's AMAZING! hope you all are feeling better then me :D

week 25 07/12/07

I had my dr. appointment yesterday everything was fine I was measuring perfect and my babies hb was at 152 :). I have my glucose test at the beginning of next month so that should be exciting.

WELL MY GLUCOSE CAME BACK HIGH SO I HAVE TO TAKE THE 3 HOUR TEST THIS SOOO SUCKS..I HOPE EVERYTHING COMES OUT RIGHT BECAUSE I DON'T WANT GESTATIONAL DIABETES

BLAH SO MY GLUCOSE 3-HOUR TEST IS THIS MONDAY THEN RIGHT AFTER THAT IS MY DR. APPOINTMENT..I DO NOT WANT TO TAKE THAT 3-HOUR TEST AND I'M NERVOUS B/C I DON'T WAN'T DIABETES AHH WISH ME LUCK :) I ALSO HAD MY FIRST BABY SHOWER ON SUNDAY AT MY BF'S HOUSE IN SPOKANE IT WAS FUN WE GOT SO MUCH CUUUTE STUFF I HAD A GREAT TIME MY NEXT ONE IS THIS SAT. I'M EXCITED FOR THIS ONE TOO

WEEK 29 8/10/07

SO TODAY I WENT TO THE DOCTORS AND MY URINE HAD HIGH SUGAR SO I HAVE TO GO TO A SPECIALIST TO HAVE AN U/S OF THE BABY TO CHECK TO MAKE SURE EVERYTHINGS OKAY. THEN I HAVE MY 3 HOUR GESTATIONAL DIABETES TEST COMING UP THIS TUESDAY. I'M REALLY NERVOUS AND HOPE EVERYTHING WORKS OUT. THE BABY IS GOOD SHE KEPT MOVING AWAY SO THEY COULD BARELY LISTEN TO HER HEART SHE WAS KICKING IT WAS FUNNY. I'M MEASURING AT 28 WEEKS WHICH THEY SAID IS GOOD..I JUST HOPE EVERYTHING WORKS OUT WITH MY SUGAR! WISH ME LUCK
