I work for a television production company based in the UK . We are currently making a documentary for ITV1 exploring the issues surrounding pregnancy and eating disorders. The film will be a thoughtful and insightful look into this extremely sensitive subject.
We’re in the research stage of our production and very keen to chat to women who are, or have been, pregnant whilst having an eating disorder.

Well, so that's out! You could still try the nipple stimulation but I am not sure how it works on yourself. I don't really have any other good advice on it. I tried everything with my little girl and none of it worked! I walked miles, ate spicy foods and I even went bowling since I had heard that it could trigger contractions if you used a heavy ball (I know weird right? but I was desperate) and none of it worked. My only other advice would be not to try castor oil since I have heard bad stories about that one where the babies get distressed and mom's end up with emergency c sections! Sorry I couldn't be of more help. Here's to hoping your little one makes an appearance really soon!

Girl,I'm here for you,I don't have to leave until 9:30 to get my husband from work,Make sure your but walks around for about a half hr,what the hell,walk around for 45mins.If the smell of the castor oil bothers you,I always cut a orange,lay it on the counter,and as soon as I drank,sniff the orange,it keeps you from barfing!
