Monday, 6 October Message to all This may be interesting to some of you. Seema`s email is seema.modhvadia@rdftelevision.com
Hi there,
I work for a television production company based in the UK . We are currently making a documentary for ITV1 exploring the issues surrounding pregnancy and eating disorders. The film will be a thoughtful and insightful look into this extremely sensitive subject.
We’re in the research stage of our production and very keen to chat to women who are, or have been, pregnant whilst having an eating disorder.
If you’re interested in having a chat or finding out more about our documentary, it would be really great to hear from you. All communication would be in complete confidence.
You can contact me on: seema.modhvadia@rdftelevision.com

Monday, 2 June Don't feel bad I'm huge too!! I've had people make comments about how big I am so I make smart a** comments about their weight to them!! I think it's crazy that people think it's ok to talk to pregnant like that!! But it is comforting to know that other people are experiencing the same thing!! Congrats on your baby boy!! I'm also having a boy and I'm so excited!! Good luck!!

Sunday, 20 Jan In response to your question about exercising, I would say to go swimming if you can. I have an indoor pool near my house and I go there and take a 'Moms in Motion' prenatal swimming class. It's really good to start exercising now any way you can so that you can be healthy for you and your baby. Walking is also great exercise, but I have been on an elliptical machine instead because there's snow and cold weather where i'm from. Hope this helps! I'm 28 weeks now.... mdbabyno1 -
Saturday, 19 Jan My doctor highly recommends prenatal yoga. She said her patients have a much more relaxing labor and she can totally tell the difference when the mom to be has been doing it. She also suggested taking walks after dinner.
