How we met!

Hello ladies,

My name is Rose and I have a wonderful fiance named Shane. He is the love of my life. We met back in November 2006. I was working at a subway restaurant and that is when we first talked after seeing each other for 6 monhts. Yeah, 6 ,months, he would pass and honk at me for 6-7 months until finally he decided to meet me. HAA kind of funny. Anyways for certain reasons I left my mothers home and went to live with him in his apt. around January 2007. We got to know each other and we decided to talk about a family around June. We hoped for a boy first but whatever we got we would be happy. We tried and we did it.

How I found out!

I was not getting my period in July 2007. I thought maybe it was super late b/c my periods have always been irregular. I also had alot of stress that month so I thought maybe I wasn't going to get it at all. I didn't want to think that I was pregnant b/c sometimes I was wrong and it hurt. So, I waited for about a week and on July 27th, I went to the HD. I took a pregnancy test and it said Positive!I remember talking to the nurse and telling her that I wasn't getting my period and she told me "I don't think you're going to get it." I asked why and she said "It is positive, you are pregnant." Tears fell rolling down my cheeks and I didn't know what to say or do. I was 5 weeks pregnant.When I went home my fiance was sleeping and I woke him up and told him, he was so happy that he got up and told everyone of his family members.

My Pregnancy!

Once I found out I was pregnant, I started taking prenatal vitamins. I was worried but happy. On my week 5: I had sore breasts, nothing else. I also went to the ER faking being sick so that I would have an ultrasound taken. Here is the pict: (the baby is on the right side).

Week 7: I had a doctor's appointment and had another u/s. Here is my little one at 7 weeks:

I had just started having morning sickness. It was terrible. I really didn't feel anything much but just sore breasts and vomitting. I had this until week 9. I went without morning sickness for about 2-3 weeks. It happened again at week 12. uhhh. I attended my appts. and everything. I was good. Now I am 15 weeks and I had another doct. appointment. I had another ultrasound done but this one is the good one. It was about finding out my little one's sex. I was so nervous and excited. When I got there I did as usual and I told the lady we were trying to see if we can find out the sex of the baby. She looked closesly and zoomed in between the baby's legs and said "I see a boy". OMG OMG OMG. I was so happy. I was so hoping for a boy. OMG. I am sure god heard me and gave me this blessing. There are girls in my family and my mother is a grandma but has only 4 nieces. My older sisters have wanted a boy and were upset. They thought we were never going to have a boy, but i proved them wrong, especially my mother. I am the first to have a boy. YES!! And not just that, I wanted a boy also b/c I needed a little man first. Next, a girl and hopefully I am done. HERE IS MY LITTLE BOY AT 15 WEEKS:

This is my man and I. We put the christmas tree together. I was starting my 6th month. / The next pictures are of us on new year's day. I am 27 1/2 weeks. 1/01/08

Now I am 8 months preggo!. I am growing a little more and it is so uncomfortable. I went to the doctor and found out I have gestational diabetes. I am trying hard to take care of myself and the baby. Here is two ultrasounds of him. I am 29-32 weeks pregnant. Here is baby at 29 weeks. / Here is baby at 32 weeks.

In the first picture, the baby is blowing bubbles and yawning. On this other picture ^ baby is covering his face with both hands. He doesn't want us to see him. He is so adorable. We were able to get a quick shot at his face when he moved his hand away from his face. He is the most cutest baby in the world. It seems like he knew we were looking at him. Hopefully the next pictures of him will be when he is in my arms, out here.

Our Marriage

We had been planning our marriage for a while. for some reason we couldn't ever really get to it. Fortunately, we happened to do it one day. We got married. The pictures above ^ are some of our wedding pictures. I am 34 weeks pregnant there. I love these pictures. We took more but these two is what I'll have here.
