Hello. I am currently 18 weeks today. I am hoping to find out the sex of my peanut. My husband is still not sure if he wants to know. He is praying for a boy. I will be happy with whichever God chooses for us.
With my first pregnancy, I had gained over 40 pounds. I also held a lot of water weight from swelling. Not to mention a whole lot of morning sickness! I am hoping that this time i gain the average weight and don't get the water weight thing. I did automatically lose 30 pounds after I had the baby (that was the only good thing about water weight!).
So far this pregnancy I had the flu and some clear water leaking. My doctor did not seem too concerned about either problem that I had. As long as the baby is ok... I am happy. I really did not have morning sickness this time around. That was a BIG plus.
Well... I hope all that are pregnant have a good and happy pregnancy. Good luck to all!!

Thanks for your comment I got aloe and now am tan no more sun burn. I also wear between a 30-50 spf now everytime we go to the pool, which is almost on a daily basis. Hope things are going well for you!

I drank a ton and swam like all day long... But I hate the sun burn thing...lol. I have bh contractions all the time and have not had a single one today. My stomach was covered so I did not get sun burnt on my stomach....lol. Did you use any type of aloe for your sun burn, and do you know if there is any certain kinds you should not use while pregnant?

After investigating it seems everyone has a Y on their babyscans!! My friend who is having a girl also has an 'F' so maybe that is for female?? A friend of mine said they wouldn't put anything on there if we have asked not to be told :( ! I still want to find out though, my next scan is opn the 5th June at 26 weeks so if I cannot figure it out for myself then I will ask when my boyfriend is not there!! x

Thats for that!!!!! I amd efinately going to find out, I might even call the hospital today to see if they can tell me as it really is driving me insane!! My boyfriend is so stubborn :( xx

I really want to know what it is !! All my scans have a Y on but even my scans from 11 weeks have it on and all my pregnant friends have the same as well so maybe they don't do that in the UK??? What would Y mean?xx

think that men just don't get it like we do. This is my second pregnancy and he is really not into it at all. Even when I try to talk about the baby or if it is moving he is just like - mehhh... non-chalant. Anyways, I am enjoying it and I know he will too once the baby comes. Thats what it was like last time. It's like their brain is not complex enough to fall in love with something they cannot see yet lol. It is not until the baby is actually in their arms that they get it...

Where I went to have the u/s done they would tell me the weight or crown to rump. but since we are due around the same time I will estimate that she is about the same size as your little boy. Do you have names picked out yet?
