My Jakems n I at the Races before I was pregnant
Hey Everyone! I had my little Bubblebun on Friday the 22nd of feb at 10.47pm, We called her Ciarna Meing Jensen. She is amazingly beautiful, just like her Daddy! I went into labor at 5.30ish on friday morning and went to the hospital about 9.30- 10. I was checked up and dilated 4cm at that point, then at 6 they checked me again and I had not changed... so I said to break my waters and OMG! Thats when the fun began! up until 7.30 I had nothing for pain relief, then I said I wanted gas... by 9.30 I was off it and pushin on my own. The midwife was sorta cranky at me cos I started pushing too early, I couldnt help it tho! It was a total experience.
Ciarna is 6.8pounds, 52cm long, full head of black hair, perfect in every way, I am so glad to have her home with me now, I love her and I have never felt so proud, She is an angel.

G'day Peoples, My name is Christina, I am a 24 yr old half Thai- Aussie, I am 15 weeks pregnant with my Partner Jake of 3 and bit years. What a love story I have with this wonderful man! I love him I love him!! He spoils me with lotsa huggles! That is all I need hee hee. We recently moved away from our home town Mackay to start on our new lives here in Brisbane, mainly because Jake is in IT (computer systems engineer) and there is no career opportunities in a small mining town, so sad cos we are family orientated and our families both live up there.... But life prospers! We both got work straight away, and talks of starting our own family was always on the cards, we just got back from Jake's family reunion in the Philippines, and Bubi is due on the 19th of Feb, which is also going to be our 4th Anniversary! When we took the test, I knew straight away and Jake was right there with me, His first words to me when we saw the positive results was 'Pumpkin I feel like I just became a millionaire!' We have decided that we are not going to find out if baby is a boy or a girl... Surprises are better! HAHA, We just want our baby to health and happy, so Jake is taking it in his own hands to keep me smiling.... Honey Tickling doesnt count! grrr! He does a great job, Love him to bits! I cant wait for my baby to come, the further along I go, the more I feel like I already know him..... or her, I think I will be having a boy, just a feeling hee hee. I just want to hold em! It is soo scary at the same time, I am still in the wow stage, I dont think that is going to change. Anyways that is enough for now, Good luck to all the mummys... Take care and keep smiling! I am now in my 35th week, I feel like a water balloon! haha I spoke to my mother yesterday and she reckons I am about to pop! She saw my new pics and said I have about 3 weeks to go.. we will see! I will be pretty happy with that, other than I really want my visitors to shift out before it all happens.. It is just way too hot to be hammered with 'advice' Argh! But I cant wait for my own mummy to come and see me.. I have my baby shower this Sunday, My sister inlaw has been organizing everything and she is just amazing.. she has helped me soo much these last 6 months with gettin the baby gear and all, I cant thank her enough! My hubby started his new Job last week as an I T Manager and Network Engineer, and it is great and all, but I can see that he isnt enjoying it as much as he thought he would, also being so close to the due date, I think he is starting to want to be home with me alot more, spec cause I had a false alarm over the weekend. I think it was my first 'real' BH contractions, I never really noticed it much before but this one left me just a little bit breathless...... Anyways ladies I think that is all from me for now.. Here are my most recent pics
Even after lathering myself up every morning and every night... I have started getting stretch marks :( At least it isnt that bad.
So far this has been the most rewarding and beautiful transformation that has ever happened to me, and to have a great Husband to accompany me along the Journey, I wouldnt want anything any other way.

tina!! oh my gosh how are yoiu?? i'm sorry i havent replied i havent been on here in so so longl. How are you and your little cupcakes going?? Miki is growing so fast i cant believe she is 6 weeks on Sunday time is so flying. Hey guess what me Miki and Temaika are booked to move to surfers yay! so we arrive in Brisbane 10th of October we are so so excited. What time does ciana go down at night? Miki doesnt go down properly till midnight its so hard, i'm trying to get her to go to sleep earlier and jsut let her cry but it doesnt work. SO she pretty much sleeps in till 11am then naps in the afternoon and doesnt sleep for ages. Thats thanks to my mum and grandma! they always held her also so she gets grizzly if you leave her for too long. let me know how things are anyway when you can. much lve xxx

hey tina dont worry. when shes about 3 months it will get a lil better.
good thing she takes formula.
i hate poping out my boob everywhere.
when she gets real cranky and she wont stop crying it might be because shes constipated/bloated.
or cause her tummy hurts.
babies get constipated a lot when they take formula.
so u had told me u stoped giving her breast milk and it dried up. how is it now?????

as for me ayyyyy my baby girl wants to be with me all the time. it frustrates me sometimes because shes soo heavy and im so short.lol

Thanks so much for all, yes my labor was very high and difficul but God was in control, and like you says baby is the priority and we enjoying him so much now, he's dad is crazy about him,he so healthy handsome and good boy.laugh all the time. so cute!!!

man thats a longgg time man specially having a new born must of been hard for u..
im glad hes back though hopefully hes helping u as much as u need it. i know how hard it is the first 2 months..
well darlah would sleep sometimes through out the morning. its kinda tricky man, babies dont have a sleeping time the first 2 months. itsss soooooooo hard man.
well when u want her to sleep just give her ur boob..
does she sleep at night?????

Its all good, i knew ya weren't judging me, just thought id let ya know that there was no particular reason i was bottle feeding..The hospital gave me a bit of a hard time about it, but stuff'em!!! Im home now and dont have 2 listen 2 their crap anymore...hehe...

Congratulations mommy!! She is absolutely beautiful! So how are you feeling now? Did you tear or get an episiotomy? It's so reassuring to hear that you had a natural birth. I plan on doing it au natural too so we'll see how it goes. The pain women go through, but it's all worth it. God bless you and your bundle of joy!

I'm only feeding Nicola bottles...no reason, just decided to go that way... gee i was uncomfortable when my milk came in, and i looked like dolly parton... hehe... but they've gone down now and she luvs her bottle, so im happy, lol. Is it hard not knowing how much Ciarna is getting from the breast??? i guess she just lets u know that shes not full...lol.. all us girls know what we want!!! big cuddles and kisses 2 u both!!! xx

hi hun! thanks heaps for your message, i got told to have a warm bath and see if it all goes away after and it did, so was false alarm, but have had similar pains today and lots stronger BH contractions. No baby yet though! but thats some hope for me that you had these sort of pains a couple of days before you had Ciarna! but i know were al different i just want her here now i'm so excited! How is she going anyway?? Aww that sucks your partenr is going to China, holiday or work?? I'll definately let you know when bubs is here! xoxx

hi hun,
wonder if you can help me, i dont know what to think. Today i have been feeling a little bit funny and ive had a realllly sore lower back which i never have had, and for about a couple of hours now i've been feeling really crampy like period cramps and my thighs a bit tingly i just feel different but dont know if something is about to happen or my body is just getting ready still. I have had like sharp sort of tingly pains going through my tummy too but its not like my tummy is contracting and going tight like the BH. Havent had a show or any signs. What you think??

hi hun!
No signs at all yet, not even stronger braxton hicks really, they just feel the same and theyre never painful. Ive been walking and keeping active everyday, i get the BH often when i walk though but i dont think my baby has even engaged still cos i dont feel anymore pressure down there then normal. I hope she comes soon!! Aww i know this time of year your baby would get sick that must be hard to see your baby sick :( Has it started cooling down over where you live? We get hot days still but it gets darker earlier and colder in mornings and night. I hope its still semi warm when my baby comes! Well i'll talk to you soon xox
