Labor Story:

On September 7th I had an ultrasound.They found out that my amniotic fluid was low so I had to start 2 a week Dr visits with weekly ultrasounds.On Friday Sept. 21st I had an appointment after my Dr done the ultasound he decied it was time for Little Xander to be born.So we went down to Labor and deliverly and The OB on call decided that I should have a c-section.So because I had ate before my appointment I had to wait 8 hrs to go into have Xander.He was finally born at 10:11 pm.He weighed 6lbs 9 ozs and was 20 1/4 inches long. By the time I had got out of recovery The perditrition on cal decied that they should send Xander to the Childrens Hopspitol in Columbus,Ohio.He had fluid in his lungs and they were still a bit underdeveloped.As soon as I was released on the Sunday Sept.23rd I went straight to Columbus to be with Xander.He had to have a chest tube on each side and was on Oxygen .They didn't start him on feeds til Thursday Sept.27.He was on iv fluids but he still lost about a lb but gained back up to 6 lbs 7oz be fore he got released. We finally got to bring him home on Sat.Sept.27.He is now doing great and growing like crazy.
