Well my name is Rachael, Im 21 yrs old. Never in my wildest dream did I think I was gonna be a mom at such a young age. Not because theres anything wrong with it but just because my life is so all over the place. Im in college and for a while this was my one and ONLY focus. On wednesday january 9th I went to vegas to do a promotional modeling gig.(yeah I use to model....) I was going to be there for five days. On thrusday noon a guy came over to my booth and asked to take a picture with me. His name was Tommy and he asked me out clubbing later that nightSo we met up we partied all night and spent everyday together. Turned out that we lived 20 mins. from eachother here in L.A. We kept seen eachother when we got back and spent everyday together since. I have one ovary and I was told I have fibroids, he has low sperm count so we had a bigger chance at winning the lotery then we did at getting pregnant,so we werent really concerned about getting pregnant but here we are. We havent known eachother long but we are determined to be the best parents we can be because we dont feel right about an abortion.We have no intention in getting married any time soon for now we really wanna get to know eachother better and see what happens. We might move in together when the baby is born. Some days we really drive eachother crazy but its what it is and we take each day at a time.

Jun. 10, 2008 Yay I finally started my pregnancy jurnal today. Im soooooooo exited!

Jun. 27, 2008 I had my 3D Ultrasound I couldn't wait any longer. We found out we are having a boy!!! We knew all along we were having a boy, it was our gut feeling. We have decided to name him Jaylen Thomas. He was very shy and hardly let us see long enough to know he is a little boy. He is just like his daddy.

JUL. 3, 2008 I tried going into a maternity store yesterday just to look around but the sales woman was sooo annoying she must have had 3 double lattes and made the experiance very overwhelming! Its hard enough to be 21yrs old and cope w/ the fact that life is about to change. I went right past the Guess, Chanel, and Victoria's secret as I realized I cant fit into that anymore. I just wanted to look around bymyself and that woman was determined to do other wise. I was just leaving when she suddently tried to touch my belly and I yelled (loud enough to stop her) and ran out of there. I went straight for the elevator where my blood pressure dropped and I almost passed out.
