Saturday, 17 May The TINIEST amnt of fluid came out I really had to look hard, your body produces that again and in higher quantities after the delivery, so it's nothing to worry about I only do it each nipple 15 min each a day, cuz I hear it can cause more painful contractions, but at this point I don't care, and it also hasn't done anything soo far, I learned how to use my pump though so now I am an expert lol gabymom -
Friday, 16 May Thanks!!!! nylaray1 -
Thursday, 15 May I spoke with my cousin and I told her that I took off work Friday, just to spend it with her, and she knows how important my leave is to me right now since I'm preparing to take off 12 weeks with the baby. I think she really appreciates that. And like you said I'll be spending time with the family after the funeral. jcody777 -

Wednesday, 14 May Thank you! That was very informative. mariela14 -
Wednesday, 14 May Yeah, It doesn't seem like a "real med" would really do any harm. It's not like you're swallowing it. Hopefully they let you do something about it. Let me know. For now I'm praying mine get better in the next few days. If not, I'll be asking my doctor the same questions. It's hard sitting for very long though...and yet hard standing for too long because we're prego! Ugghhh...we just can't win. mariela14 -
Wednesday, 14 May I'm with ya on the hemorroids! I've been getting them bad this week. I had them earlier in my pregnancy but they went away when i started drinking a lot and getting more fiber in my diet. But now they're kickin my butt again. If they last much longer like this I gotta tell my doc. I've bled the last couple times I pooped. prego1018 -
Tuesday, 13 May I was wondering about fetal position myself. I'm pretty sure my little guy is facing forward due to the position of his movements, and the back pain I'm having. Check out spinningbabies.com . Great website with a ton of info regarding fetal position! Grace -
Saturday, 10 May I think the closest one is an hour away. I'm not really worried about it now though, this thing I'm using can hold me out for the next 2 weeks anyway(it's really strong). It's a bit late in to go spend that money now for something I won't use very long. Thanx. MommyJewels -
Friday, 9 May Hey-I'm not sure if she has had an epi yet, but she is a trooper:) newmamabear -
Thursday, 8 May You give your birth plan to both the doctors AND the hospital nurses. They won't think it's weird, they usually expect it. My hubby and I went over our birth plan with our doc at our last appointment and she was very excited to go over with us and told us to bring copies in our hospital bag. Our was long (2 pages) because we are doing a completly Natural birth! gabymom -
Thursday, 8 May Good to know that I am not alone in my little boat.LOL hope we both start seeing some light at the end of the tunel soon. mom2aboy -
Wednesday, 7 May I went to walgreens and tried to find the "anti-itch" cocoa butter spray, but they looked at me like I was crazy. They hadn't ever heard of the spray. Where did you find it at? I've used cocoa butter lotions, bio=oil, vitamin e oil, etc... The pharmacy told me NOT to use any benedryl cream or antihystomines because it can absorb into my skin and may affect my baby. missygirl -
Wednesday, 7 May I had a pedicure and a manicure during my pregnancy...I didn't think there was anything wrong with that?? Yikes. Amberizzle -
Wednesday, 7 May Well, my thought was that some of my symptoms could be neurologically related. A heart problem surfaced when I was fourteen and has never properly been diagnosed -- they could never find anything wrong with my heart. At sixteen, the seizures began. Then the weird smells, mood swings, lack of motivation. I've been thinking that perhaps my heart condition is actually a brain tumor. I get severe headaches with visual disturbances. This is why I've been hoping for an MRI. I really do believe a brain tumor in the right spot could cause all these things. dhernandez03 -
Tuesday, 6 May does that mean he might come earlier than the 30th since he is really low? Everyone keeps saying I'm too low and that I'll probably make it earlier than my c-section date! cali.momma -
Tuesday, 6 May yeah. the first chunk was a chunk! like nickel sized. but now its just like angel hair spaghetti lol. i wish it would come out in a glob all at once :[ then youd know what was going on lol cali.momma -
Monday, 5 May well i lost a chunk of my plug last week, and im not sure if it was the first chunk, last chunk, or all of it. so who knows. lol. if it was the first chunk, it might just be gradually coming out. but i have no idea :/ pamallhoney -
Monday, 5 May Try using cream of tartar on your nipples. If the itchiness it caused by yeast then the cream of tartar will work. Sometimes the symptoms will get worse first then you know what you are dealing with. I add a little water to make a paste. mommakass -
Friday, 2 May hey i know this is a little late as i havent been to the site in a couple of days but i was reading the posts catching up and i read yours about itchy nipples.. it has really helped me to use lansinoh lotion on them. Its made for breast feeding moms but it really helps before the baby comes and it even says to use it a month or so before delivery so I think it would help with your itching. katiemom -
Friday, 2 May it didn't take very long, like less than a minute. he tried to get me to relax, i'm usually pretty good at relaxing all of the muscles down there when i have some kind of internal exam, but i just wasn't expecting it! i had another mom comment on my page that her exam wasn't painful at all so maybe it was just me...? it didn't take very long and my husband was there so i could squeeze the life out of his hand...i just kept thinking, worse than this is probably coming so i know i can handle it. please don't worry b/c of my experience! melliebellie -
Friday, 2 May it's definitely a rash. and now it's really starting to get itchy! just concerned about it being pregnancy related since there's nothing different that i've done for it to be an allergic reaction. have never heard of it before so hopefully it's not a sign of anything wrong. will probably call the doc tomorrow to ease my mind. proud-mom -
Thursday, 1 May hey there. this is my third kid and i have alittle advice on your rash. i have gotten a rash with all my kids towards the end because of the moister from the discharge. a friend of mine told me this trick when i was prego with my first. take and when you change your linner sprinkle a little baby powder on it. this will trap some of the moister. i have done this and it helps me. i dont get the rash anymore. try that. hopefully it works for you. good luck Leave a message for tlc in the right column where it reads `Add comment`
