I get stiches in my side if I walk too fast. But most of my pain from exercise seems to be in my feet and ankles. Geez! I guess it's just the pressure of my enormous self stomping down on them!

KarenJ - Sunday, 27 April
hi,

About your comment on working out. I still walk a lot, to work and with my dogs. I've noticed if I walk at my normal pace (which is quite fast) I also get stiches and pains so i've had to slow down a bit. I don't think that we have to stop exercising just take it down a notch. It helped me anyway.

MileysMom - Friday, 25 April
My doctor is the same way after my 18 week ultrasound that was it no more. So i finally splurged and got the 3d. Have a great rest of your pregnancy!!!!

2ndTimeMom - Friday, 25 April
Well there is really no where private to go at the apartment anyways. I take my five year old to the pool and sit in the corner and hopefully no one walks behind me and gets disgusted. LOL I have only done that one time though it has been kind of cloudy lately so I haven't really had a chance. Thanks for talking with me about this it helps that I am not the only one.

2ndTimeMom - Friday, 25 April
This dot question you have are they little red dots???? If so I have them on my arm and got them with my son on my arms and face. They tend to disappear after delivery. The ones I have if you push on them they go away for a little while, those are broken cappilaries. SP? Otherwise there are ones that look like little blood bisters not sure what those are but my friend has those on her chest and my mom got those with me. Needless to say I don't think those go away.

2ndTimeMom - Friday, 25 April
Well at least your doc will prescribe you something for it mine won't probably because he is a gyno and I don't have a regular physician yet. Anyways I live in an apartment complex and I have only had the cuts to wear a tank top one time because I am so embarrassed by it. I have the big cystic ones also. I am so scared because I know my back is going to be all scarred after this is over. I had the back acne with my son to but not as bad as this time around. I know this is really bad for it but here are some of things I have done that seems to help a little. I use rubbing alcohol on my back once a day, also I hate doing this but I don't wear a bra to bed. Alot of the break out is by my shoulders so I try not to wear a bra to bead to keep the material from rubbing their. It isn't cleared up by any means but it isn't as bad as it was.

Hey about your post that you have "dots" on your face and hands, do you know what they are? I noticed them appearing on my arms, chest, and face about a week ago. Just a plain old red dot like someone poked me with a red pen. They don't bother me but I was just curious. If you have a minute let me know what they are. Thanks!!!

amandajlane - Wednesday, 23 April
my once a week is supposed to start at 36 weeks. Its usually your last month of pregnancy that you go once a week to check dialation.

erica93 - Wednesday, 23 April
Who did you buy your pump from on ebay. I thought about doing that, but you can never be so sure about your seller. How much was it?

charlotte22Aus - Monday, 21 April
Hello
The placenta might be in the way.. kind of like protecting your ribs from the kicks?

NHMom - Monday, 21 April
I remember feeling the same way with my second baby - no kicks in the ribs ever! Once she came out, it was clear why. (For a while after birth, babies 'fold up' the way they were inside...so you can check on their preferred prenatal position.) Instead of bending her legs at the hip and knee, (which would position feet so that they kick up) they were straight from butt to knee to feet. This meant that all the kicks were no higher than my waist.

tlc- I feel your pain about the back acne. I live in Texas and I can not even wear a tank top. It is killing me I have tried everything I can think of to dry it up and it just won't work. Keep in mind I do not have issues with pimples on my back at all when I am not preggo. I am really scared I am going to have scars when this is all over!

A1sttimemommy - Friday, 18 April
Your welcome. And that is pretty funny.

mommabrown - Friday, 18 April
thanks! i actually already use a humidifier, but my husband overfilled it one time, and now it only works about half of the time! haha. i guess last night was one of those times....

shortstuff - Friday, 18 April
No problem! I just wish friends and family would tell you about the not so nice parts of pregnancy before it happens and you have no idea what to do.

shortstuff - Thursday, 17 April
Tucks pads Dr said it's the safest thing to use.

missygirl - Thursday, 17 April
I have them as well.....I use Anusol (recommended by Dr.) but I've also used Prep H a few times...Dr. said that was fine but preferred Anusol. they SUCK!

A1sttimemommy - Monday, 14 April
I have had them recently too. All i know is to take warm baths or se ice packs. I use some kind of bath therapy my husband bought...its salt...but not epson salt. I take 2-3 baths a day just ssitting there for about 20-30 min. it helped me.

HollieNJax - Thursday, 10 April
Do you mean for you or the baby? I took a couple of outfits and blankets for the baby. I had diapers and wipes but you don't really need that kind of stuff because they have it at the hospital. I took only one blanket last time and was very surprised when they wouldn't let me take the little receiving blankets they have there home. I on;y had the one I brought but my little man peed on that one so he went home without one. It made me a little mad. For you, I would just bring something comfy to go home in and lounge around the hospital in. maybe 2 outfits just in case you stay longer than usual. (you will have the hospital gown for a while) and all your shower stuff, camera, and all that stuff. (I know you would never forget that!!) Hope this helps.

melliebellie - Thursday, 10 April
thanks! i have used some otc acne meds. my doc said some benzoyl peroxide is ok. but i try to use mostly natural stuff. i think i'm going to go ahead and make an appt w/a dermatologist for after the baby's born. i'll just deal w/it til then. but i should try to find one now b/c they're usually so hard to get appointments with!

jenhop - Tuesday, 8 April
Hey thanks for your message, my mom said the same thing that maybe the baby hit a nerve or something. It really was the weirdest pain! Congrats on your pregnancy :)

gabymom - Tuesday, 8 April
Thanks for your comment, I do hope this goes away I feel so bad that I am starting to get depressed . I thought maybe I am anemic. I will tell my Dr. if is not gone or gets better by next week.

rabekah - Friday, 4 April
Well I didn't figure out until today how to get back on the site. I was trying to go through my "favorites" to get to the site and apparently you can't do that with the old info in there.
I had the 3D and it was really amazing but the baby was head down (which I knew) but facing toward my spine. The best pictures we got was when she was moving and turned her face toward my hip for a few minutes. Her nose is squished and we could only see about half of her face. They never checked anywhere else other than her face in 3D but her hand was up by her mouth and that came out in 3D. They did take different pictures of her foot, hand, and heart but only in 2D. Then we spent so much time trying to get her face I forgot to ask, sorry! My first daughter was about a month early and considering this baby's position now I guess she maybe early too. We will see. ...... and I did also read that book by Jenny Mcarthy, I laughed so freakin hard through the entire thing. I did look at the "blue twinkies" and freaked out. It is so disgusting. Of course I had to ask my Dr. because it's so distorted looking, I just wanted to know if it's stuck like that and he said it would go back to normal, for the most part, after healing.

Anzel - Friday, 4 April
Hey there, ha ha yes I read the book too, but havent dared take a look- enough scarey things to worry about other than my blue fandangal. As long as everything goes back to normal then I'm ok
