Weeks 5-10

Felt great! No nausea ~ walking everyday...full of energy! Feel bloated starting to expand but not showing at all

November 1, 2008 (13 weeks)

In the last 2 weeks I've had more symptoms (headache, fatigue, nausea) and today I had a full bladder with terrible cramping afterwards, similiar to my mentrual cramps. I also wore heels today and my back is killing me ~ I guess I'm going to have to stick to my Uggs this winter ;0)

As far as food the only thing I eat are carbs! My enemy! but it's the only thing that settles my tummy. It has to plain too ~ Whole grain english muffin, whole grain bagel with cream cheese, pasta with marinara, soup broth, lettuce with oil and vingegar and I love my salt!... forget about chicken! I can't even look at it UHH and that's all I used to eat before pregnancy.

Today a couple of people Steph, and Michelle said I'm showing while others say "you look great you can't even tell". I see it but I didn't think others could.

November 6, 2007 (Week 14)

Today is Wednesday ~ I was lifting my free weights this morning and I looked down and saw a BABY BUMP! I couldn't believe it and then when I got to work Ginger confirmed it's definitely there! and then when I got home my husband noticed right away and couldn't stop rubbing my tummy :) He was in awe with tears in his eyes. He kept saying how beautiful I look ~ isn't he the best :)I'm so lucky to have such an amazing man. My mom noticed too! How exciting

Monday, November 12 (end of week 14) Bad headache all day long very tired

Monday, November 19 (end of week 15) Went to the doctor. Everything is great! She said I look great and I only gained one pound. When she used the doppler to check the heartbeat every time she found it the baby would move. We have an active little one :) Wednesday I'm going for a sonogram ~ I can't wait!!!

Tuesday, November 20 (16 weeks) Feel Great! Going for sonogram tomorrow!!!!!!!!!!

Sunday, December 9 (18 weeks) Today I actually felt the baby move! I have felt flutters but today it felt like the baby was rolling...it was so amazing! This is the first week that everyone is noticing my pregnancy. At first I was getting wider and now I"m starting to fill out in the front. We go this Thursday for our 20 week ultrasound!! I cannot wait! We are not finding out the sex but I'm dying to know. My husband really wants to wait and be surprised so we'll just have to wait and see.

Wednesday, December 19 (20 weeks) HALF WAY THERE!!! This morning I was laying in bed (about 5am) and starting to feel that rolling feeling again so I put my hand on my belly and all of a sudden the baby kicked! I looked around like I wanted someone to confirm that it really just happened :) I woke up my husband but he was half asleep. It was definitely a morning to remember :) I hope it happens again tonight! Gained 3 pounds (7 pounds total)

Wednesday, December 26 (21 weeks) Wow, this morning I was laying there reading (as usual) and was feeling constant movement so I placed my hand on my lower abdomen and it was a feeling like I've never felt before. It actually startled me so much I jumped! It's so hard to describe cause I have no idea what was going on in there :) Either it was rolling or doing some form of acrobats! I go for another ultrasound tomorrow!!! Can't wait!

Tuesday, January 1 (22 weeks) Today Daddy really felt me kick hard!! He said I FELT IT! and was so excited that I didn't have to say did you feel that LOL It was so exciting!! We registered today too! So much fun!

Sunday, January 6 (end of 22 weeks) Today Daddy and I SAW you kick! You were all over the place today ~ very active! I can't believe I actually saw you move it was so sureal. It is truly amazing! OH and daddy threw me a surprise party last night for my 30th Bday ~ isn't he the best!

Wednesday, January 30 (26 weeks) Today I went for a 4D scan! WOW! Truly Amazing! Still don't know the sex but he or she looks more like Daddy :) I only have it on video but will go again soon for a pic! I feel so good! The baby is very active at night and during the day he or she loves to sleep. I feel like this pregnancy is going so fast!

Monday, Feb 11 (27 weeks 5 days) My belly looked liked a titlewave! Kenny couldn't believe his eyes. I've been so exhausted now entering the 3rd trimester. I had a bloody nose and my teeth are much more sensitive when I brush them. I go for the glucose test this week. And next week we leave for Florida...YEAH!!

Sunday, Feb 17 (28 weeks & change) Woke up with leg cramp ~ hurt so bad just like a charlie horse. My whole back is killing me and I'm really starting to get big. I'm leaving for FL tomorrow so I'm off to Target to find a bathing suit ~ pray for me!

Friday, March 14 (32 weeks & 4 days) VERY Uncomfortable today :( I haven't been sleeping well and my stomach feels sooo tight. Getting up and down constantly at work doesn't help. Up until this point it was going so fast now it feels like I have an eternity left. 7 weeks and praying not to go late. Lamaze is very informative maybe alittle bit too much info. We watch "the video" next week. I'm not sure if I'm going to be able to watch it. I just would rather not really know what exactly happens from that point of view ;-) I do feel lucky to have felt so good so far. I have gained about 25-30 lbs and I go to the doctor on Monday so I'll really know then ~ We decided to wait on the baby's room until he or she is born. We will paint it either baby blue or baby pink and go all out either way! I"m feeling girl now and alot of people are saying that as well. I found girl bedding that I absolutely LOVE but we'll just have to wait and see.

Tuesday, March 25 (34 weeks) Ok today was great!!! I felt like the energizer bunny last night and this morning and then I got home and was wiped out. My husbands t-shirts are starting to get tight I swear it wasnt like that last night! I also feel the baby move constantly tonight ~ more than ever! For a couple hours straight my whole stomach has had a mind of its own :) I love it and am amazed everytime he or she moves. I dont think I'm going to make it until April 26 th as far as work goes. I'm scheduled up until then but I may take another week for myself. I just can't believe I'm going to be a mom in 6 weeks :)

I am feeling large and want my body back!!! LOL! I hear if you eat pineapple close to your due date it can help bring on labor. It sounds crazy but I am going to try it, I will eat pineapple like CRAZY at like 38 weeks.

Hey girl! How was Marco? I was just looking at your registry when I was doing mine at Buy Buy Baby and saw your car seat. Britax is one of my clients and I just met with them in NC, and I got a good lesson in car seats. This is of course totally up to you, but The Decathalon, which you registered for doesn't have true side impact protection, but the next one up, which is the Boulevard, does. It's about $15 more expensive, but is safer and actually easier to use. You don't have to take the seat out to change the level of the straps either. Instead of slots that the harness goes through, its a sliding knob (with the slots the child can be in between sizes). Again, totally your call but wanted to share. You can tell me to shut up anytime : )

Did you settle on a name? I know you were thinking Angelina for a girl or Ken for a boy. Are those still in the running? Yes, we're set on Jackson. It's becoming so real! I feel him rolling around and kicking so much now. I finished registering, but am sure I will go back and make changes. So you're in your third trimester already! OMG!!!! We have to get together soon with our bellies :)

Thanks for the comment! I love Hudson's hair it makes me laugh everyday, my MIL is trying to tell us that his hair is 'strawberry blonde'...I'm like uhh no woman that is RED! She gets so mad, for some reason she doesn't want him to have red hair but I don't think we have a choice at this point! Hope everything is going good!

Hi, I am from week 9, but this is my third child. I saw your post about leaking breasts and just had to tell you that I had to wear breast pads before my first baby was born because of the dripping. I couldnt believe it either, and yes it is milk/colostrum whatever. It didnt happen with my second child though, so we will see with this one. But I wouldnt worry at all. A bonus, if you are planning to breastfeed, is I ended up having a fantastic milk supply because of it. Good luck Tracysluv!

Its probably fine about your eye, but just to be sure I think you should tell your doctor about it. It might possibly be a symptom of something else.

the eye thing is very normal during pregnancy -- type in eyes and pregnancy youll find lots of info - but I think we are all different so maybe talk to your dr about it..

I had a friend who was doing that during pregnancy and it turned out to be some sort of a migraine without pain. I'd mention it to doc. Your vision can change but I don't think what happened to you is the norm. Although it is probably not a BAD thing-just something that can happen....I know for her she had to be careful b/c you know with driving and what not. I would watch out for it and ask doc. Hey there! They did a quick 3D scan for us yesterday at the anatomy scan. You have to check out the picture, he looks EXACTLY like Rob!! Did you schedule your 3D yet?

Hi you-
Well...I'm not exactly sure how it works but it does lol. Nothing scientific. I think with the pillow inbetween your legs and the way you sleep with that pillow helps allievate pressure on your bladder? I dunno but I love it.
