Hi there,
I work for a television production company based in the UK . We are currently making a documentary for ITV1 exploring the issues surrounding pregnancy and eating disorders. The film will be a thoughtful and insightful look into this extremely sensitive subject.
We’re in the research stage of our production and very keen to chat to women who are, or have been, pregnant whilst having an eating disorder.
If you’re interested in having a chat or finding out more about our documentary, it would be really great to hear from you. All communication would be in complete confidence.
You can contact me on: seema.modhvadia@rdftelevision.com

Friday, 3 October How did it go at your dr's today?? xox LGK616 -
Wednesday, 1 October I thought the same thing to with the fruit! Was so disappointing to me when I heard otherwise! I've heard bananas are the best but then you can get another problem -constipation!! We just can't seem to win can we??? But, a kiwi will help that matter and doesn't have too much sugar apparently. I have 10 days to go until I am induced and I don't sleep anymore - I feel like I'm in boot camp for the baby's arrival - ha ha - guess I just have to get used to it! LGK616 -
Wednesday, 1 October Yes, because I was eating fruit like crazy!! I couldn't get enough of peaches, watermelon, nectarines and oranges! The oranges I knew I'd have to cut down on because the acid gave me horrible heartburn anyway. But I was pretty devestated when she told me no more watermelon!!! Apparently it has a lot of natural sugar. So it was either 1 peach or 1 nectarine or 1 apple a day - was hard at first because I love fruit and I love fruit juice - but I got used to it!!! Try to eat your fruit in the afternoons however - not mornings - gives your body time to burn it off. And don't go to bed hungry or your body will try to make sugar so it doesn't fall at night. I find eating an apple and having a glass of milk at night not only helps with heartburn (if you have it), but gives me a pretty good fasting reading in the morning. Or having peanut butter (preferably one you can find without sugar) on brown bread with a glass of milk helps. OR an apple and some cheese! Good luck!!!! waitingformythird -

Tuesday, 9 September Ur welcome. I was a little worried about him turning too. I always felt his kicks way down low. Then he turned for a couple days and was head down. Now he's feet down again. I guess they are taking advantage of the wiggle room while they can. LoL. mom-of-4 -
