Hey everyone!!! I'm Kim and this is the first child for both me and my honey. I'm very excited, because we have been talking about having a little one for the last year. Finally, we decided we were going to make it happen. A friend told me about this page and I find it very interesting. We are expecting our little girl in May. I'm so hooked on Baby Story and Bringing Home the Baby on TLC, I guess it's a mom to be thing, lol. Congrats to the new moms to be and new moms.

I went to the doc today and everything is good so far. Thank GOD! I took my gestational diabetes test today and hope everything will be fine with that.

Well! I haven `t posted anything in a while, so hear I go. I had my last one month doctor `s visit on Friday, 02/29.I am now down to my every 2 weeks visit, that made me really realize the time is getting closer. I was so shocked, because I `ve gained 9lbs since I `ve been to the doctor last. My shower is also this Saturday, 03/08. I am so excited, but I try not to make it look obvious, lol. I am now on my registry everyday trying to see what people has purchased...hehehe. I need to stop though. Anyway!!! I `ll let you know how my shower went and post some pictures.

My shower was great. It was in the park, it was a bit windy though. I got everything you can think about, the crib, the playard, the swing, bouncer, sterlizer, bassinet, and more and more. I can `t name them all. Just looking forward for her to come now.

I saw my doctor and I found out that someone altered my due date, so I `m actually due May 9th and not the 6th. I was a bit pissed, but I know it `s what is best for the baby. It `s just a 3 day difference anyway. I can deal with that. I was mainly pissed because if she decide to delay her time to come, I will be induced a bit earlier if it comes down to that. Oh well..My mom feels she is going to come at the end of April, she has been saying that for months now. Usually, when my mom say something, it happens that way. Well ladies, I `m just excited the time is getting closer for us to meet our little one.
