i did the rosemary conley diet and a bit of exercise. i'm just under 9 stone now and its sooo hard to not sit eating chocolate all day, i'd do anything for chocolate.....anything! lol x

Hello i'm back. what you have to do is, click on the ticker on my page and it takes you to their website, choose the ticker you want and it will produce a code. on the code you have to highlight it all and then RIGHT click on your mouse and click CUT or COPY.
Then go back to your VIP page and click on edit my page. That will take you to a big box, that is where you first wrote the bit about yourself. Along the top of that box is loads of different icons, there is one that is right at the end and says HTML you need to click on that and it will make all the writing you did go into a kind of code. Put your curser at the bottom of all that code and press ENTER, then RIGHT click with your mouse and click on PASTE. You can then preview it and then decide to keep it or not. Hope that helps!! xx

i dont know how to send them, but i can tell you how to put it on your page if you like. i've just got to go and pick up my kids they come out at 3 and then i'll show you how to do it. its really easy once you know how to do it. x

Hiya, sounds like your catching a cold! mine isnt much better, seems to be worse in the morning and at night. I love sneezing (LOL) so i dont mind too much!! i have had a shooting pain like you had today, only a couple of times tho. catch you in a bit hopefully xx
