See how my baby is doing

I could not stand the other page. The blog went on and on and on. If you really feel like reading the blog of a depressed, sad, sick pregnant gal, have at it. You will find it here: http://i-am-pregnant.com/vip/us-n-kenzie-2

The information here is from 5 months on. I am hoping it will be more upbeat and happier as I settle into being pregnant.

Since you are here anyway, why not go to the baby name poll and vote on which you like best. It's okay, not many people like the names we are choosing, and I am okay with that because I don't really like their names. The name poll is here:

VOTE on my Name List

In late February we found out that we are having a girl!!
its a girl GiRl its a girl
March 13th - I am going to turn 32 tomorrow. This is a hard reality. I am still having trouble having had turned 30 a few years ago. I am going to be 50 when this child graduates from high school!! OMG!! I remember when my mom turned 32 and they had a party for her and I remember thinking how OLD that sounded to me (I was 6 at the time). Now I am 32....almost. :) My husband works that day so it will just be me and my daughter. I am looking forward to that a little. I may take her to get her nails painted. She loves going to the salon and letting them paint her nails. She is such a girl! So you know what I dont like...maternity tops with the ribbony thing that goes around and ties in the back. They kinda look like something I would have bought for my daughter when she was 4. I feel like a pregnant toddler. Yes, I do own some of the tops like that, but I dont like it. I have had such a hard time finding pregnancy tops that dont make me look about 300 pounds more than I really am. The fact that I am heavy to begin with means that I dont need anything adding the illusion of any extra poundage to me. Ah well.

March 18th - I am not feeling right. I fainted yesterday and now I am worried about doing it again and either ending up being in the middle of the office I work in or smacking my head on something and being knocked unconscious. LoL. My husband still has not made any move toward me, but I did let him know that I am not going to be the one to initiate anything any longer. He knows that I am bothered that I feel as though I have to hound him to get him to want to mess around and it does not seem to affect him much so I guess we'll see what happens. It's not looking good though. It hurts and bothers me that he knows how much this is affecting me and he still cannot bring himself to do it. I feel like I am making him do it or that he is messing around out of obligation or just to get me to leave him alone when I bug him about it. I also feel kinda silly being so upset about this. After all, it's just sex. I guess its not so much the sex itself as the fact that it stopped so abruptly and with no obvious reason.

holly28 - Sunday, 30 Dec
hey...you changed your site a bit. Makes me all sleepy with all the black *L* then again everything makes me all sleepy these days. Yeah everything is fine with my little one. Dr said the cervix is closed and there were no further signs of bleeding. PHEW!!! Holy crap I was scared. Don't feel so bad about working new years. I worked xmas day and I also work new years eve and new years day. It sucks but at least I am getting a bit extra pay and its not like I would be partying like a rock star (*giggles at her own bad joke*) anyway.

Hey there, Im cool with the c-section also.....my first was emergency so I haven't ever really had hard labor thank goodness. This one should be a cinch for you, my second one was for me. BONUS we get to choose the day! Knowing the day and time is SUCH a stress reliever. May will come, just keep really busy and the time will fly(sorta). I got lucky and had the holiday season to keep me busy although broke! We are counting the hours now and my poor hubby is sick of hearing about the whole thing already. hehe Good luck to you and may time fly!

Emmz - Saturday, 29 Dec

Hey there! I totally feel the same way about male OB/GYN's. I got lucky this time and have a female Doc that just had a c section back in October. I got to drill her on her section and have my baby exactly the same way. Alot of male baby Docs should go find a different field of medicine if you ask me.

Emmz - Monday, 24 Dec

I understand about getting along with your ex. Mine and I have never gotten along so well. Sometimes he is still a jerk..but our friendship has never been stronger.

Holly28 - Sunday, 23 Dec
then again...this is my first Christmas alone. My ex husband only left me in June for another woman..and as much as I love Kevin Christmas still stings a bit this year because of it.

Holly28 - Sunday, 23 Dec
I haven't done anything this year! No tree, no light, no nothing. Getting the essential gifts this year was a struggle. This is very odd because usually I am the one making people want to throw up from my Christmas cheer!

Holly28 - Sunday, 23 Dec
STUPID OTHER PPLS CRAP MAKING US CRY!!! *L*

I am not doing Christmas this year. My folks are in another town, Kevin is with his folks and I am working. I am not too worried though. Next year will be one to remember

Holly28 - Sunday, 23 Dec
see you are online...how are things going? The last few days for me have been a roller coaster. As of NOW we are officially announcing our pregnancy. Yesterday I was the BITCHIEST I swear I have ever been in my whole life...and today I cried for no reason the whole way to work *L*...oh the joys of hormones.

New Year Baby - Sunday, 23 Dec
Thanks for sharing your experience. I think I'm 'doing' a lot better now that I've had some time to let it sink in. Only 5 more days to ago...numb me up!!! Congrats on your pregnancy!

seniorbaby08 - Saturday, 22 Dec

dixiemama2be - Friday, 21 Dec
i hear ya girl. i was doing actually very well on a diet before this and it just all seems pointless.. but i know its not. im very excited to have a daughter and wouldnt change it for the world.. i just wasnt ready for all these bodily changes. so good luck to you and happy new year..

momi08 - Thursday, 20 Dec
Thanks for the comment. It really helps. It seems easier to handle everything when I actually hear success stories of other women who already went through it themselves.

itselizabeth - Thursday, 20 Dec
