Hey Vanessa, I had a elective cesear with my little boy and an emergency one with my daughter... elective was very different to the emergency. The medical staff were fantastic they talked my husband and I through every step of the way. I had absolutely no pain afterwards unlike the emergency one (I was in agony!)
But I did throw up alot and I was soooo itchy from the drugs. But I was soooo in love with little Cassius, It all seemed like a dream! And now we are going to do it all again

im not so scared about the inducing part or the having the baby part its just the fear of having something so serious.

Hi i had a u/s last wk to see why i was messuring so big i am 33wks hospital dates but at the u/s the doc told me the baby was messuring 36wks and already weighed 6lb which were my dates i to have a c-section booked for the 26th June and have to go and see the consultant on fri to see if they will bring it forward or not but i was told by midwife that they never change your EDD so i will have to see on fri all the best.

I am measuring 4 weeks ahead...37 when I was 33. I too have an u/s. On Friday...I hope it goes well. My kids are huge...I'm sure I will be induced early. Guess we'll talk about it at my appt next week. Good luck. Keep me posted!

Your so young to be getting your tubes tied. I'm surprised your Dr is letting you. A lot of them make you wait till your in like your 30's. I'm getting mine done to, i'm kind of nervous about the procedure. Your lucky that you are having it done at the same time as c-section. Good luck!

I totally forgot to ask while I was there this morning. I got so excited when the doc said I'm 1cm dilated and 50% effaced, that I totally forgot! :( I'm sorry. If you find out before I do, please let me know!!!
